Don't know the situation here but I do know small town politics and I don't think new supt would be doing this on his own in a brand new job in a brand new town. This is a big decision and one that is not going to be made without board backing. It sounds like Silsbee is moving to a running offense under the new coach so if he had stayed there he probably would not have been properly utilized. I'm not saying Evadale is a better place to be utilized in the passing game either though.
