In case y'all forgot- 4 teams make the playoffs in 4A. That may clear up some of the confusion wondering how PN-G gets a spot.

I find it funny how Mid-County people are "scared" to come to Beaumont yet they live right next to Port Arthur which is 50 times more dangerous. Just sayin.

Unless District 20-4A has a rule I am not aware of, the Enterprise does not get a say in who makes the playoffs and who doesn't. that is determined by what happened on the field. take this with a grain of salt. Looks like every game the last week of the season is going to mean something except for Ozen/Lumberton

Lets say LCM beats Livingston by 1 and then loses by 5 to Nederland. That puts them at -9. Then what?

Ozen is improved and has some good players. They just don't have the wins to show for it. I don't understand why they can't get a play off within 25 seconds. If Nelson can't come up with a play in time then he should hire an offensive coordinator. Maybe pulling double duty as head coach and OC is too much for him.

The injuries in BC's secondary concern me but I don't see Silsbee stopping Menard. BC 38, Silsbee 28

We all know what is going to happen. Silsbee is going to crush Orangefield, Hamshire-Fannett and Hardin-Jefferson and then self implode when they play Bridge City and West Orange.

I think it is pretty obvious who leaked the information to the Port Arthur News. It doesn't take Sherlock Homes to figure it out. Look at a Nederland roster then look at the bylines in the Port Arthur news and see if there are any matches with the last name.

Coach Hooks looks terrible in these interviews, like he hasn't slept for days, and that makes me even more sad. The only questionable thing I've read/seen is Ms. Moore's article but I don't pay any attention to anything she writes because she used to write fiction for the Port Arthur News too before moving over there.

Sounds like a battle between two teams that haven't played anybody. The Titans should roll. Memorial will be 5-0 heading into district thanks to Kenny's cupcake scheduling. 

When I saw this game on the schedule I was like 'Why the hell did Buna agree to play Newton?' Then I remembered they were in the same district and had no choice.
