While that #2 looks nice next to Brenham, a #1 would look even better.  Aledo can barrow it till late December, then I think we'll take it!  Lol   As for Tivy being ranked #5 and getting a first place vote above us...  I know they have beaten 2 good 5A teams, but we have beaten a pretty good 5A team with 8 D1 recruits on it, along with 2 other 4A teams that made the playoffs last year.  In doing that we've given up a safety, a field goal and a touch down.  12 points in 3 games, with the closest being 24-7 over Houston Lamar. Not to mention we beat pretty much that same Tivy team last year...  ::)

*** This just in- Seems the UIL will allow Christine Michael to return to the Bruins for just this one game against Katy, in order to level the playing field.   ;) :D. (Jk guys)

[/quote] No, they can't really move the ball.  Their passing game struggled, and their running back is just above average.  They seemed to get fatigued a lot during long drives. (not sure if it was just cuz it was the first game, or another reason). They will struggle to make the playoffs, even with the weaker district.
