So it looks like KP is a legit playoff contender.  If they do make it, they will be D2, which means there's a chance they meet us in the first round.  (dependending if they are the 1 or 2 seed of course) If we do draw them, what can I expect? (Running or Passing? Good defense? No huddle? Blitz alot?)

What route do you guys think is more effective? Playing tougher schools to get you ready for district play.  Which in turn could cause you to lose a little confidence entering district play.  Tougher teams also mean more physical games, which increases the chance of injury. or Playing an easier non-district schedule, in an attempt to boost a teams confidence.  Risking that the team might not be as ready as others in their district, who have played more difficult non-district schedule. All coaches approach this differently.  What's you guys take on it?

This will be one of the closest district races.

[/quote] Well Livingston has played two really weak teams; and I think LCM and Lumberton have both played subpar competition (although Nacogodoches and Silsbee are pretty decent).  But you're right, PNG has played a really tough nondistrict [/quote] Ya I know...  That's why I said 3 out of the 4.

[/quote] No, but it's possible.  It keeps the challenge alive for the season and makes the playoff pairings more interesting.  After all, nobody expected BH to beat Nederland, but they did.  Still a chance for 19-4A, they better get better during district play.

Oh ya, believe it...  They got a $17.2 million dollar taj mahal of a stadium, with chic-fil-a food.  All that for the smallest school in the district, that never gets past the second round of the playoffs.  Unlike other nice stadiums, they don't have to share it with any other school.  I'll be sitting there in about 3 weeks, enjoying some chic-fil-a, while we get our revenge from last years upset. ;) Back on subject, i'm taking... The Butch has Turkey legs?  That is awesome...  The best food i've seen at a stadium, is chic-fil-a chicken sandwiches, at Waller ISD stadium.  Maybe we will get to play at the Butch during the playoffs... ;D

LCM's schedule has been far from difficult...  I'm not saying they won't be successful this year.  Just that they havn't played anybody yet.
