I'm glad y'all have this.  I missed last night's show, cuz I thought it was today.  Oh well, all is good now!  Listen to the show, wake up tomorrow & read the chronicle and then it's off to Rosenberg, to watch my Cubs dominate the Mustangs at their place! ;D

They double-teamed him from the start, and were still unsuccessful.  They scored early cuz the no huddle offense caught us offguard.  Then we figured it out, and Brown was drawing so much attention that our LB's were having a hayday blitzing.  Brown still picked up a couple sacks and forced a fumble.  He also almost came up with an interception.  Like I said, our starters on offense and defense were pulled at halftime, so all this took place in the first half.

[/quote] I think it was 98' that he started.  Not sure what he has done different, but whatever it is, it has turned our program around.

Thanks for the kind words Cougtalk!  I support my team, no matter what, and I try to do it in a classy manner.  I joke around occasionally, and the little bit of trash I talk is all in fun.  If I think a coach makes the wrong call, I say it.  If I think a ref made a bad call I'm not afraid to comment about it.  I speak my mind, but that's just my opinion.  Like I said, I never claimed that we would kill Dayton.  Just that I would like to see another game between the 2 schools.  As a matter of fact, I'm friends with a couple of Dayton guys from on here.  So feel free to bash my Cubs all you want...  Come the third weekend in November, let's make a little bet!? ;) ;D
