[/quote] That ain't no joke.  I went to our scrimmage against Bryan today, and their was maybe 5 hits between the schools.  I only stayed for 4 innings and it was 1-0 Bryan when I left.  Both of our hits were doubles, while Bryan had 2 singles and a double.  You could see rust on both teams, but I guess that was to be expected. Sounds like both BC & Nederland are going to be good, as usual.  I Hope to catch a Nederland playoff game this year.

New Caney HS is a baseball power.  I expect that they will be very competitive. The district overall has some very solid programs that will compete deep in just about every playoff.
