[/quote] I agree hitman!!!  We've got a one year varsity QB,(hence the 4 interceptions) we've got how many Soph. starting?  One of our best defensive players out, two great receivers out, our starting (soph.) runningback out, although Stubbs did a good job.  Every game we've lost (except GCM) we've lost because of inexperienced mistakes, and I'll say GCM game could fall in that category also.  Matt has done a great job and given a 110% effort, but the inexperience shows it's ugly head from time to time.  We used to get by with a one year QB in 3a, but in 4a the talent is bigger,better and faster.  Go ahead and get rid of Price this year and get ready to sacrifice the next couple of years...usually first year coaches, statistically ,don't win when they take over a new program...and our track record hasn't been to good when it come to hiring top notch coaching.  [/quote] Yo yo not fair to those cougars they've picked off everyone... and thats just a knock on your own QB hes better than most don't take anything negative from this loss yall played your butts off and got beat... the cougs gave them 3 chances to mount game winning drive two times you got picked off, one was a 3 and out... givem thier props and don't blame your QB it was hardly his fault yall lost.

I have to give it to BH great teama nd that QB is a load to take down. I will say he needs to watch those CB's who want to jump routes. Crosby Offense was wayyyyyyy to predictable. i think 75% of the plays where the Read option play.... Probably helped that BH knew what we were going to do. (we almost brought 2-4 TD's back for touchdowns but we only got one) Defense played a perfect game for crosby if you edit out the first two drives and that bomb they gave up in the third quarter. I will say V really wanted to get the ball to 88? 55% of the passes went his way... (3 of the pics were passes intended for him) Great game had my heart racing and my pride high at the end of the game.... NOW TIME FOR THE OUTRIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP! BRING ON GALENA!

PAM by quite a few, WB has had a cupcake schedule i see PAM sticking it to them. Nothing breed confidence like big wins and PAM has far more. 56-28 in a shoot out in the first half.

However much i doubt that i could see a PNG fan thinking Crosby isn't as good as WB (because of games they've seen) Your comaprison to BCS rankings is simpyl off point the strength of schedule would be higher for the cougs than who WB has played... Granted lossing two of those games is an issue, but simply put the TCU in this situation would be WB. Honestly this isn't the correct scenario a better one would be WB as OU and Crosby as Like South Carolina two different confrences, SC has 2 losses, OU has three results SC is in top 25 OU isn't...

Crosby's two Losses are to the Now #1 and a state top 25 Ennis team, Westbrook has loss to got blown out by Spring westfield, Eisenhower (5-3), Ill give them losing to Katy, also none of thier "great wins" are very impressive. honestly thier predictable they beat the teams they should and the lose to the teams they shouldn't. of course after this week it won't matter you'll either have pam or westbrook falling... judging from what they've done i got PAM in this one.. Ill give PAM an edge on the COugs northshore was a big fish to fry and they did it. Central Beat PAM, yeah good win im pretty sure PAM is a better team now but whatever haven't lost also hasn't really played anyone however... at least westbrook scheduled some good games, also central came very close to losing to Vidor. to say that westbrook would beat crosby is a fallacy. I think it'd be a good game, and yet again another instance of Beaumont bias... I respect the golden triangle i just wish they'd give respect where its due. 2 of the top 6 teams are Crosby and Dayton. Learn your facts and go play football instead of worrying about rankings. Thats what our boys have been doing playing football and beating people... im simply stating you need a heart check in your votes about your serious overating of "beaumont" squads. Yep in Three weeks ill be routing for everyone left... As Crosby will most likely be division 1 Good lukc Indians ! and whoever else is in the district.

Sensible conclusions... But i still think BH has bigger problems than the Crosby Defense, i.e. that running game.

And you agree with this? If I were making those rankings, I would probably have placed Dayton behind Crosby (which I did in my power rankings), especially the way Crosby manhandled the Broncos. However... I agree the single thing these polls can't take into effect is major overhauls fo teams (such as what happened to Crosby's defense between week 2-3. Like the BCS or any other poll, if the #4 team losses to an unranked opponent, that doesn't automatically vault that team over the other. The losses Crosby had at the beginning of the year do take into account where they are ranked, but as I have said before, these rankings are pointless, the only ranking that matters is to be the last team left in this area still playing football. If Crosby continues to improve, they do stand a chance of taking out Vidor, then who knows, rounds 2 and 3 in region III won't be that tough.

Yeah hes too busy working on those "recruit" pages... grab an old magazine and look at his recruit predictions thier laughable. I think Jamall CHarles was rated the 43 runningback in the state of texas by his magazine... great work..

Legally thiers the idea of spillover laws that are currently taking root in other states... For instance Missouri has Day night clause which functionally says when its class time the school is your parent... whatever that means and thus can punish you for anything you do... I think these are extremely fascist rules and i think the government if far over stepping thier boundraries, but this is all a symptom of Bush's No child left behind, which specifically designates a childs riight to "protection" and a Schools right to "enforce" that protection, the problem is it doesn't stipulate what they protect the child from, so possibly (and in some states) it means complete protection from other and themselves, thus justifiying "parenting". Im not sure of texas law on this but its obvious schools are overstepping thier boundaries
