I find it funny that theirs this our JV's better than your JV stuff honestly its adorable. Crosby doesn't have a "JV" team anyone worth while (over a soph) is put on them varsity squad. (for example Starks little brother plays for varsity but is a legitimate starting JV QB) thier a reason Crosby doesn't win those games... they don't care. ANd fyi theirs only one game a week that counts at a school and it happens on friday night

the answer to that is yes. We could've scored 70 2 years ago in the playoffs. I believe we were at 49 at the end of the 3rd quarter. congrats on the win Crosby.... Good luck the rest of the way. I heard a rumor that Stewart one year refused to shake hands after a win one year...... Is that true?.... I heard he just waved at the Crosby coaches and his team just ran off.... If that is true then shame on him.... in fact, that shows Flannigan has real class to extend his hand after that win! That was the year that there was a bench clearing brawl (caused by a late hit from a Crosby Cougar). Dayton cleared the field after the game to avoid more confrontation. At that game you obviously weren't game full of late hits is my memory... and none of them got called until the brawl (in which the player who retaliated and two others (2 dayton 1 crosby where ejected) Late hits happen a flag should get thrown u take your 15 yards and you let the refs handle it (something texas football needs more of) Just my recollection with a few people from dayton it seems like every "brawl" is someone else fault i remember a year you almost had to end your season early because of multiple brawls... UIL warnings don't happen often.

If i remember right last year Dayton and crosby took out that 1 division in the playoffs... Lemme guess this guys from Beaumont... 1) the rest of Texas plays football 2) when Dayton was in your division i believe they only lost one game in district in 2 years 3) PNG v. Crosby is a pretty steady matchup, they've both beat each other in years past and we love playing them. 4) Crosby has made adjustments (major ones) since those first two games and good luck beating a hungry team. 5) NO defense in the 1 district can stop the Crosby Run game so good luck with your predictions...

Jasper's poll is based on relative strength within their conference. Kirbyville is the higher ranked team of the two at this point. As far as Crosby needing to be 5th instead of 6th..I rank those teams based on who would beat who IMO. I think Crosby would get smoked by any of the teams ranked ahead of them. Just like last week you thought Dayton would put 40 on us.. they didn't and i doubt "your teams" are gonna either... and tbh you just double turned yourself... you said ranking = strength in conference then head to head matters... makes no sense... 1) Crosby's only loss was second week of the season to PNG (sorry lost to ennis aswell) if i remember right the Dayton State finalist team lost to WOS week 2 of the season? Adjustments get made and i hope one of those teams plays crosby first round when they get trounce dill say i told you so.

I guess thats why Dayton lost couldn't catch the ball or balls in this case =P

Fan Alert but here me out regardless 6. Crosby (10) Took out frustration on Dayton after years of beatdowns. Crosby moves from 10 to 6 after a shutout? of a district opponent... i guess i have only one question and its one of Bias. If Nederland would of shut-out and beat PNG 28-0 when they played in mid county madness i find it hard to believe you wouldn't of put them in the top 3. Their obviously not the best team... but i expected a bigger surge than up four spots. my ranking are just by your logic "PAM (7) You beat NS you go to #1" mine is you beat an undefeated rival whom you haven't beat in ten years you jump into top 5, i think everyone's giving Crosby to little credit because of 5 turnovers (4 fumbles 1 interception) regardless I'm sure the Broncos had the ball atleast 8-9 times which means the Defense still had to rise up to the occasion. 5A/4A (Previous Rank) 1. fyi 4 fumbles 1 interception where the turnover totals for the Broncos... 3 on kicks one a defensive stand and an interception as i said... It sounded a lot more like a gift when you guys inflated the turnover margin... Good game Broncos gotta catch those balls and good game Cougs jumping on the ball is key for kick returns

Not sure where to start...touche', you're really proven that Crosby folks are well educated. Your fine diction, accurate spelling and impeccable grammar has really set me straight. I'm sure most of the Div I scholarships were well deserved and you guys are right on track, with your academics. I know how difficult the admissions requirements for Lee College are, so kudos to you guys. One quick note, a forced fumble is a completely different than a fumble. I from what I heard/saw, most of the fumbles were "muffs", not forced by the defense. Whoever comes up with the ball is credited with a fumble recovery, not a forced fumble. Just as an FYI for you guys. No need for "crow", didn't forecast a Bronco victory, or score, etc... Go 'Broncs...congrats 'Cougs, you were definitely on your game Friday night. Ahh.. how sweet. Regardless of the forced unforced conception... Im sure a couple where off hits... if not the QB needs to learn how to place the ball in your running backs stomach. I wouldn't know what the entrance requirements are for Lee as i graduated and went to UH... was going Honors till i transferred to UMKC with a scholarship (academic). Someone needs a Crow Burger... 8 Turnovers and i'm sure none of them were punch outs, helmet to ball hits or excellent penetration by the defense to get the ball before the fumbler? Whats your telling me is the Crosby Cougars just set the State records for forced turnovers in a game, and every fumble is a forced fumble because you have to recover it, thus either a) your offense is slow and doesn't know how to jump on balls, or the little engines that could we're playing fumble drill all night? ... "Looks like "Crostbie's" academics are keeping stride with their athletic program..." Didn't we just beat Dayton? So if thats true then "Crostbies" academics must be pretty damn good... Dunno more than half my senior class had good scholarships to Division 1 universities? whats the graduation statistics for dayton? Talk about slanderous... They're are more people than coaches in those press boxes.. also was it a big hit they may have been happy how their defense was playing... And if you think thats true of our coaches man your wrong... some of the nicest guys Ive ever met.
