OK THANK MR COMEAUX AND HEAVY ON THE MR WELL I HOPE THIS WEEKEND WE CAN GET ROLLING

As far as I know we are a go for this weekend. Haven't heard any different from the big board. Hopefully we have all players back.... I just hope the next time they call for a mandatory evac that people do not ignore it... because this time was way to early and nothing happened next time people will ignore due to the fact nothing happened this time I can see the concern but patterns form and people will not head it next time due to nothing happening this time.... next time they will try to get out to late and be caught in the middle of a big and bad one... I hope I am dead wrong but that is the way things happen.... good luck to all teams this upcoming weekend. And the upcoming season for many of us who haven't played a game yet.

Wow been awful quiet on here. Hope everyone is making it back safe. Been quiet boring here.

My hats off to Vidor. We really underestimated them . Their defense played our spread offense good and their offense just wore our defense out. After seeing them and Nederland I believe Vidor is really going to surprise some teams in 20-4 A . Good luck to the pirates.

Them Bulldogs are a tough team also. I wish Kelly all the luck in the rest of the season. Congrats to them Pirates. Ran the ball really well, threw some good passes, and played awesome team D!! There was some awesome bone crushing from both Defenses... My hat is off to both teams for playing a very hard, clean game that was not decided until the last second was off the clock.

Just so you know ole "watch you got to eat" Charlie has recently had a heart attack and bypass surgery, He is back on his feet, but could use a few prayers to help him through these trying times physically and mentally. Charlie is a very good man with a big heart for kids. So he could use a few old friends to give him a call and help pick up his spirits.

Well as far as the scoreboard working we will have to see come Saturday Morning.......    But I am sure of this..... I have had the High School woodworking class build a step stool for you so when you get hungry you will be able to see over the counter to read the menu and you won't have to get your kids to hold you while you order.....  ;D

Well, now that you mention it, I might have been mistaken. What I saw was a 5 man blocking sled with blue pads on it. The school was nice except for the constuction going on in the parking lot. But by parking next to the construction it does give you a good view of the field. The only trouble was the team I was watching warmed up on the far end of the field. That was until they came toward that blocking sled to try and move it around. I thought that was your group Como? But, I might have been at somebody else's field! Cause Vidor normally seems closer to me and that drive yesterday seemed to have taken me further to the west! My bad!

Now now Diehard no reason to get your barbs up ;-D its a friendly chat.....

I usually do not get on here and post. But I will say that this years SR's squads look pretty close.... I will say them Vidor Pirates look middle of the Pack after watching the scrimmages this past Saturday down at Capt. Claude's House of Pain. Good luck to all teams I just hope that we can make a couple of first downs.... I do believe the most elusive back will be out of Warren... he is hard to hit square up and has excellent balance... HJ White is huge and have some decent backs..... Deweyville will come at you 100% of the time with everything they got. Capt. Claude will make sure of it....  and Cody will hit you like a runaway Mack truck headed downhill with no brakes.... Panthers have some good coaching and some quick footed kids with some heart ... Silsbee has some talent but are not as strong as they were last year ( or at least didn't show their hand ) Didn't get to see a lot of H-F ( if i know that little short legged Larry he will have some tricks up his sleeves though) , EC ( playing true Iron Man football ), Buna or H-J Blue. So no comment on them.

Vidor Pirates Vs Kelly Bulldogs Friday night at Pirate Stadium Ivan Croak Field @ 7:30 PM

no he isnt but I think Ned needs Mosley more than Vidor depends on Croak. He is a vital part of our team no doubt. But without Mosley I think Ned would be hurting alot worse.

Mosley he runs hard and with his heart..... I watched this kid barely walk across the field to shake hands after the Vidor game. He gave it everything he had .... he left his heart at Pirate Stadium and I am sure he does that week in and week out. He would be a good fit at LSU.
