but if they are a bad defense then the offense will be running all over them and that would limit the number of tackles a single person would get... it still all balances out...

getting a game lined up for next season's broken schedule isn't a big deal.... it's not going to get their mind off track... good luck finding a game!

Oh, OK. Personally, I would much rather have a full schedual (regardlesss where the bye week fell) than miss a game entirely and have a shortened season, but thats just me. I noticed no one was responding to this thread, so I thought maybe there would be someone who could help out if the week was different. Just a thought. Hope it works out somehow for HJ. i completely agree with that! but i was just stating my opinion on where the bye week is better to fall, (if you can control it) but yeah, i agree.

thats not a good idea... Why is that? JMO, but it really isn't a good idea to have your bye week the first couple games of the season... if you have it later in the season then you are able to have a "break" i guess you could say for injuries or so you can have an open week AFTER you already know what you have to work on and get down to perfection before district...

i know it doesn't mean a lot but after seeing how both teams played against Jasper, im going with Silsbee by 7 or 10

with the exception of silsbee no other team in this district comes close to wos. We will see. its great to have confidence and i do believe the cats will be the second or third team but you have nothing wos hasnt seen/stopped and you guys havent been able to stop lesser teams from scoring! good luck! you're right! it is great to have confidence... but you're going overboard... i think WOS loses a game in district this year! im going overboard yet you had bc wrecking district and playing for the district championship? c'mon! gas, with all due respect, i just dont see it happening. i maybe wrong. lol? when have i ever said BC was going to wreck district and be the champs???
