you're good ;D lol and no skipper, i do not play or never have played for Jasper, i believe the last time i even ran into them was my JV season when we went 9-1 losing only to WOS. but possibly my freshman year, i dont remember..

quit making me laugh... you act like these receivers are "gods" but in fact they are far off! they are high school kids that DO make mistakes and when a defense gets into your head you WILL think more about getting hit when you catch the ball instead of catching the ball and turning it up field for more yards.

But if your thinking instead of just playing it makes it harder to "just catch the ball". Defence has a way of making you "think". One or 2 times maybe, not several and being Wide Open no! sometimes when you are the person on the field you cant see if people are around you or not when your head is up looking at the ball... all it takes is one glance away from the football for the receiver to lose sight of it and judge it wrong and not catch the football...

so when a defense is getting into an Offenses head, thats not the defense??? when the defense is smashing your team and the receivers start double checking where they are running instead of keeping their eyes on the ball to make the catch isn't the defense??? get real!! WOS got smashed and they lost the game! Jasper got into their heads and made it hard for them to do anything! thats a good defense!

1 of the td's was busted coverage for 60 yards and a run for about 40. take those mistakes away and its 7 to 0 with bc getting in the red zone plenty of times. thats givingsomeone a run for their money. the silsbee coach even said that on an interview last year. You can't possibly assume that the second half of a game would have played out the same if the first half would have been different. If Bridge City had started out 7-0 the Tigers would have probably poured it on and beat them worse than they did. Thats an interesting thought though. . . it's funny on how wrong you are... if you think that a 7-0 lead at halftime would make them pour it on then you have to also add that BC would be fighting that much harder because they are in such a close fight that they can have an upset!! if anything!! BC would get more of a boost out of it than Silsbee just because they were expected to lose by everyone in SE TX

there are more things to talk about and read other than people saying... "WOS will beat everyone and there is nothing to be done about it... and oh yeah, Silsbee will beat everyone but WOS too! and to be battling to stay out of last place will be OF and HF or BC and HF! but HF is for sure coming in last place!!" it's rediculous that you and a few others think that there is no possible way for anyone to beat WOS or Silsbee...

People hate Winners!! no, people just hate when you already say their team is going to lose before the game happens... honestly it's very annoying to read everywhere that WOS will win district... Silsbee is second... and BC OF and HF are going to "battle" it out for 3rd place...
