WOS is 15-0 and playing in the State Championship for the 3rd year in a row! I know what it is, must have been the AP all state team that picked these for the Beaumont Surprise. Funny how WOS demolished most of the teams that are on that list.

Not only that, I don't want to ever have my name on anyone else's words. Not even my boys. I'm not naive enough to think they haven't ever looked and read here. However, I would tell them as I would tell anyone else, if you feel strong enough about something to post it in an open forum then put your name on it. That and I don't need any problems with momma. Y'all, too.  Big Country says that they are going home with 2 4A titles.  I'd like both of those titles to stay on the east side of the State.

Oh, I knew before we got to the game you were bringing this up. One of my absolute worst blunders EVER!!! My wife was so freaking mad at me!!! Ahhhhh good times.

Thanks Coach. They have absolutely earned everything. From the time we were 5, we would walk on the football field and we could hear the other coaches and fans talking about how small we were and we were small. But we knew something that those people didn't know. They all knew when the game was over. I've seen a lot of teams play baseball and football. I've never seen a team play to not disappoint the next to him more than he played for himself like this team does. 

They won't. Tickets online or at stadium......they won't run out!!!! Lol. With a 12 kickoff you should be able to sit wherever you would like.........even if it's on the other teams side

Also a ton of Barbers Hill on our side rooting for us! Two sat by me, very classy guys. Fun fact, one of them graduated in 92 from The Hill and asked if I knew Doc Collins. I forgot he went over there after leaving us. Now I can't call them Barbie Hill anymore, dang....lol

Great post Tony, and congratulations.  Nothing was given to them, they have earned everything.

I'm still enjoying the victory last night. Honestly haven't asked but I'll find out later. Sitting here trying to make myself believe all of this is real. When these boys were very young we knew they were special. As they got to be 9, 10, and 11 the reality of what we thought was right before our eyes. We said back then that they had 2 State Championships in them. Now we've lost a few of those boys. A couple of them moved to Beaumont and actually one is visiting Yale this weekend to play football. The pride and joy that these boys have given me and a lot of other people is just amazing. I didn't mean to go on a rant about the boys but it's just what's on my mind right now. Can you even imagine? Three State appearance in a row. Not to mention a State appearance in baseball. Thanks for the ride fellas!!!!

There was 2 of them that needed a compass and a road map to find their bench. Leal was one of them.

That's another group of fans that said we haven't played anyone all year. If that's the case I guess we still haven't.
