I was exhausted today at work and would have liked to have “facemasked” a few folks. I didn’t know that being tired was an acceptable reason. They had better hope I am well rested tomorrow!!

Done? Because you don’t know the exact time and location of a game potentially 5 days away? I do believe you are a former player and now a “fan” and you are letting this steer you away from WOS and Jasper in the PLAYOFFS?!?! We talk about encouraging the kids to overcome adversity and stick together. Especially from the guy that calls everyone nonbelievers and still has his room booked in Dallas. Hope more of us “fans” can pull through this huge hurdle and make it to the game. Hopefully you will at least cheer for the Northshore Mustangs.

Hurts the fans? Monday gives you 4 days to plan...just like the good ol days before everyone craved instant access to every piece of info. I would say it is almost a given it is on Friday, so just plan on that. If anyone is “hurt” it is the head coaches having to divert attention from game planning by making/fielding extra phone calls.

My wife commented on that and said “someone is going to get caught from behind because of those hanging shirts”. Few minutes later it happened.

I don’t mean to split hairs and I think I know what you mean. But at the end of the day, it is all about the students and their experience. The connections we make and the ride they allow us to take with them is second (although a close second!!).

Just win....34-27 is just fine. However, they couldn’t score 27 on LG but they will on WOS??

If anyone gets complacent this year...they are nuts. However...I wonder how soon Jasper had their backups in??

Maybe but 2016 DeSoto was D2 and won the title.....I think

Well, I do hate it for LCM. However, this is a good game for a young team to find their rhythm.

Good luck trying to use something as obvious as simple math to convince them of that. They have slayed Goliath for 15 weeks and counting.

Well...their schedule did just get a lot tougher.

I am very proud of this team. I am sure the players have heard plenty of comparisons to last years team and have had that shadow looming over them. However, just like last years team, this team is undefeated going into the title game. IF they win they will be undefeated just like last years team, and that state champion ring will look just as shiny as the one from 2016. As a fan I am thrilled but I couldn’t be happier for this team.

Well....I hope that WOS showcases that speed of the running game and doesn’t go with what looks like the “3rd yards and cloud of dust” approach of late.

Not from me.....but it is nice to still be making predictions for the Stangs if one so chooses.
