#38 vs #50 + homecoming in Vidor, TX!!! ..... Big game with massive playoff implications. Go Pirates Go!

This is actually hilarious. People are using another definition and justifying an economic system similar to China because the ‘S’ word is a big no-no. I guess ‘Too Big to Fail’, Soylendra, the Big Auto bailouts (of which GM still owes us $14B), and all the other wonderful ideas where the government invests our money, we’re still paying for with the interest on the debt, see no return, and have no say on when we can get our money back, is okay if we use another term to describe the interference in the market. It would be different if it were incentives. But, this isn’t. This is pure market manipulation by the government using our money to pick winners and losers. The only people winning are the companies, and their direct investors. Every other competitor is losing. Almost every taxpayer is losing. Even those not born yet. Yes. I’m a conservative libertarian in fiscal matters. Not a fan of market interference by the government in this manner. Very slippery slope.

The video itself states this does not establish who Trump was acknowledging or if it was someone outside the frame of the camera. The folks that think I come to his defense or mistaking me for calling people out that post fake propaganda. This is real footage with propaganda on top. There is plenty of stuff to criticize trump about, there is no need to make it up....but here we are...... ALSO I might add, all this fake stuff energizes his base to go vote, so you're actually helping.

Awesome that’s settled!

Apparently, it came from an LLC registered in Wyoming. No affiliation to Texas at all. [Hidden Content]

Not real sure if this article on DCTX is behind a paywall (I'm a subscriber so it is viewable to me) but a very nice piece on Jeff "The Jet" Bergeron. [Hidden Content]

Containing Gohlke is my biggest concern….

Very easy decision. Highly recommend Black Gold BBQ. It's amazingly good. On the left right when you come into Buna.

Not much chatter this week but I will throw my thoughts out there. More like questions. Can the Nederland secondary cover the PNG WR's? Can the PNG Oline slow down Nederland's front 7? Will Nederland be able to contain Gohlke on broken plays? Will PNG be able to run the ball consistent enough to slow down any pass rush? Nederland always seems to have some big play that almost seems like destiny in the games they win. Will that be in the air for them Friday? Unless one team just doesn't show up with anything but their F game, this will be a close one that has both sides stressed.

Tarkington @ Buna If there is anything good near or in Buna I’m open for suggestions for pre game meal…
