Warren defense that bad??? Also what happened to their offense?

Exceeded my regular season expectations. Good job Titans. Now it's time to run it back and get some more gold balls. Also I believe we play Houston Milby 1st round, but don't quote me on it.

Pretty sure several got all 25 right this week, including me for the 2nd time this season.

Shepherd's last TD was against several of Silsbee's 2nd team defense. I think the 9 point win (6 TD's to 4 TD's) was about as close as it was going to be in the end. The turnover on downs you speak of was Silsbee defense making the necessary plays. Certainly wasn't on Shepherd's offense in that situation. Shepherd did convert five 4th down plays in the game. Tiger defense was on the field a long time since the 2nd Q.

Only 6A and 5A do the home games. 4A and down starts next season. Now districts can agree to the higher seed hosting 1st round but these two districts did not.

What did yall think about the punt.! That bounced of the Shepperd kid chest and went in to the hand of a Tiger that ran it in for the TD.? No flags no TD and gave the ball back to Shepperd. Worse call of the season .!

You call it “losers mentality”, I call it “learning to finish”…i just don’t think these kids are losers by any stretch…I think they are developing and learning…step in the right direction last night

From what I've seen Shepherd really turned it around setting the tone in the 2nd quarter with the INT they had but didn't also didn't take advantage of that one big run that they had that resulted in turnover on downs. We maybe talking about an even closer game or Shepherd maybe winning by 1 if this doesn't happen. Silsbee will have their work cut out for them against Madisonville if they're not careful.

@AggiesAreWe Will this district have winners doing homefield advantage? If not I'll try to see from some Shepherd peeps I know about their playoff game info.

Disagree strongly. He had all night to do it. Do it in the first half against kids who haven’t played both ways all night against a superior opponent. The game was never in doubt. He put his starters back in up 50 when Warren was on the goal line trying to score. You want to throw the ball with your backup QB don’t do it with 2 minutes on the game clock. His team may be full of winners but they didn’t learn sportsmanship from him last night.

Seems like yesterday I was going to 2 a days. It has flown by, II have enjoyed every minute of it, Work has held me back as far as football, hunting, and the such for several yeas. It getting better finally

My theory is that Coach Taylor was trying to work on some areas that could possibly benefit them in the playoffs but wanted the live game scenario.
