Education is an investment that affects more than just the children currently enrolled. Funding would help support school resource officers and campus security. Additional funding could help maintain classroom resources and instructional programs. The district identified student programs as a funding priority. Students shouldn't lose educational opportunities because of funding pressures

BH was without their best player until late October as she recovered from an ACL injury. Had the previous coach been without her last year, they likely would have had a similar record, as she probably accounted for 60% to 70% of the team's scoring. While BH still has plenty of solid high school talent to produce a season like this one, they currently lack the game-changing, Division I-caliber talent they possessed in the past. Unfortunately BH lost the one player they couldn't this season (previous coach knew this) with no obvious replenishments coming up now or in the foreseeable future.
