West Brook is a very talented team, lots of speed. In watching the game from the stands last night I noticed the BWB HC and staff spent 70% of the game on the field, and sometimes way on to the field and never got a warning. Your HC Langston is an animated guy, lot's of hand motions. Still say West Brook is tough out for anyone they play. How many senior starters do they have on this team.

Went and watched the freshman and JV this past Thursday, rough counted about 60 players on JV. Didn't count the Freshman team but it looks like PNG has about 140 or so young men participating in the Football program. This keeps all of the players on their toes and working harder to outplay their peers which makes them all better. I've said this before but the deep runs every year pays huge dividends in experience and confidence. For example #2 has probably played in 37 or so varsity games so far and if they go deep this year he'll have played in 40 or more games at the Varsity level. Considering about 10 of those games are in a playoff environment, it's very hard to catch up to a perennial winner because of this.

Thanks 33. You the only one congratulating the kids. Now all this other controversy... Smh. This supposed to be about the kids. Not grown folks getting in their feelings and having an axe to grind and their own agenda. That's what all this stems from. All this controversy and these kids dont care they just want to play Mustang football. They've done it since they were young. The juniors are ready for thier time too. I spoke to one that was very happy to shine late in the game. Starters should've been out and resting after halftime. Trust me when I say this... It'll all work out in the end. Nothing last forever. Only thing guaranteed in this world is change. The leaves will fall.

Fairly certain that everyone supports the kids. But at the same time can see when there is poor judgement and a very critical time to have a stupid (yes it was stupid) penalty. It was selfish but at the same time the kid needs to have the ball more. The parents, both, seem to be creating friction. Drawing attention to this thread, making posts on FB and taking all credit for the kid keeping the bulldogs in the game but not being able to admit that it was a mistake after that last TD. It’s ok to say it was a poor decision. Dogs have a decent wave of athletes and should do fine but man their parents are wild. Some of the same ones saying “don’t worry coach Barrow, we are in the way” a few years back. Them having a tree lighting ceremony for winning 8th grade district title. Let’s the kids play, teach them humility and team first. The coaches need to step up with culture, it hasn’t gotten better. And there is zero reason to have delay of game on a kick off, tacked on to the unsportsmanlike…also, tackle someone, PNG QB and TC RB looked like prime Barry Sanders

No he's had 4 years, Biden tried to erase those 4 years, and now 2 years.... Maybe that is where we differ. I think America is great right now and getting better. You can focus on the negatives, but crime rates are at historic lows, my 401K is rocking, My Son is going to make 6 figures working from home at 25 years old.... My concerns are property tax and insurance (Home and Auto). Those are out of control. My company provides outstanding medical insurance. At the end of the day, Democrats are not going to fix any of those issues, and those issues been around much longer that Trump.

Clay, We support your son. I am so amazed at his talent on the field. Coach Rich is trying to build something in Nederland and I'm glad your son has chosen to be a part of it!!! I am ashamed and embarrassed that anyone from Nederland would call out your son. Some people need to realize that this is just football. It's about community and showing the kids that they are valuable win or lose.
