Local news this morning said it may be illegal since Texas has a law banning aid for transitioning. I don't know all the details. I just saw the story on the morning news. First I'd heard of it.

Once upon a time it was because we whipped everybody’s tails no matter the district we were in. People didn’t like traveling to the small town piney woods to get their rear handed to them. Hopefully Abseck can bring those days back. I think we’re close. I originally predicted Lufkin to miss the playoffs this year. So not much disappointment from me other than how the United game went. Very strange. Personally, I don’t think anybody in this district is going very far. Just my opinion.

You guys probably know I'm a Business banker/Manager and I see LLC's all the time. There are 3 states that throw a red flag for me when opening a relationship with an LLC. Wyoming, New Mexico and Delaware. The reason people do it is cost and privacy. A Texas LLC cost $300 and list managers or members, and you can pull up their documents for $1.00, you just have to create a profile in the TEXAS SOS page. In Wyoming it is $100 to file and does not list managers or members to documents - only the registered agent, which is not affiliated to the LLC. They are anonymous...... New Mexico is only $50 to file...... So it very well be someone from Texas filing in Wyoming, I see it all the time. There is no real way of knowing.

This is actually hilarious. People are using another definition and justifying an economic system similar to China because the ‘S’ word is a big no-no. I guess ‘Too Big to Fail’, Soylendra, the Big Auto bailouts (of which GM still owes us $14B), and all the other wonderful ideas where the government invests our money, we’re still paying for with the interest on the debt, see no return, and have no say on when we can get our money back, is okay if we use another term to describe the interference in the market. It would be different if it were incentives. But, this isn’t. This is pure market manipulation by the government using our money to pick winners and losers. The only people winning are the companies, and their direct investors. Every other competitor is losing. Almost every taxpayer is losing. Even those not born yet. Yes. I’m a conservative libertarian in fiscal matters. Not a fan of market interference by the government in this manner. Very slippery slope.

The video itself states this does not establish who Trump was acknowledging or if it was someone outside the frame of the camera. The folks that think I come to his defense or mistaking me for calling people out that post fake propaganda. This is real footage with propaganda on top. There is plenty of stuff to criticize trump about, there is no need to make it up....but here we are...... ALSO I might add, all this fake stuff energizes his base to go vote, so you're actually helping.

Not much chatter this week but I will throw my thoughts out there. More like questions. Can the Nederland secondary cover the PNG WR's? Can the PNG Oline slow down Nederland's front 7? Will Nederland be able to contain Gohlke on broken plays? Will PNG be able to run the ball consistent enough to slow down any pass rush? Nederland always seems to have some big play that almost seems like destiny in the games they win. Will that be in the air for them Friday? Unless one team just doesn't show up with anything but their F game, this will be a close one that has both sides stressed.
