So I'm guessing with your uncle reffing we won't have to endure the Gage temper tantrum again?  Another onside kick to start the game?  Show up for the National Anthem this time though.
I talked to coach Gage the next morning. He said the refs did not come to get them which they are supposed to do to let them know it was time to come out onto the field. Yes he should have looked at a watch or something but it wasn't intentional. Can we please move on.

Both teams need to be ready for a very physical game.  Everyone can keep picking dayton we like being the underdogs just ask nederland how it turned out.

Yeah, the Eagles really let the Bullfdogs have it. What was the score 13-10, I think?

Barbers Hill by whatever they want.

Apparently you have been hypnotized, get up from your Commadore 64(with 15"CRT monitor), walk slowly to the bathroom, lift the toilet seat(wait I'm sure its already up), put your head in there, then flush. That ought to snap you out of it.

170 yds of Offense vs Ned;D ;D ;D
That happens when you fumble the ball 5-8 times. With the Dayton Swiss Cheese D we should throw up 300 with noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo problem 8) And as i said before if BH hits 300 then game over!

Not with how much time we pull off the clock to get that 300 you won't. Unlike the teams you have played so far BH will drive on you 5-10 minute drives. We get the lead and that clock will feel like it is moving in slow motion ;D On th flip side Dayton can score in seconds, but if you get held it will be awhile before the Offense sees the field again ;D

This lb core that bh is so high on did they not play last year or something the bronx whole offense is back and they hung 54 points on them last year does bh think they are the only ones that have improved unless bh causes 4 turnovers or more I dont think this game will be close
They were here last year ,but for the 400th time we were in a new system if you didn't noticed ::) I gues when Dayton changed systems back  when Stewart came everyone was firing on all 8 cylinders game 4 of the season.Geeezzz why is this so hard to understand 8)

Called the BH Admin. Office... You know gotta get my facts straight from the ant's mouth ;D The visitor side IS wheel chair accessible... And they DO have spots for wheel chairs in the stands. BUT there are only 14 spots. :(  Not very accommodating, for a big fan base coming to that field. IMO

Not even 700 yds total in 3 games is impressive controlling the clock ;D ;D

I would explain it again about how time consumption and low yard go together, but i just don't hink it will do any good. :-X

Don't know if much will be said on this thread this year. Dayton is playing good and BH is playing good, but after the fumble fest in Nederland last week I don't have a good feeling about this one :-\  BH's D has to play lights out and the Offense has to hold on to the ball and score. Dayton would have to get a case of the fumbles for BH to win in my honest opinion.

Good news is that most of our relatives will be officiating the game :o Thank you in advance Uncle Jimmy 8)

Very well said. If the eagles can run the ball, get first downs and not fumble they have a chance. I hate the word "IF". I will say all the churches in the Mont Belvieu, Old River and area in general will have to pray for a miracle on turf to pull this off. LOVE MY EAGLES!!!! and it looks like they are on their way to a 9-1 season but I think that 1 loss will be this week which really sucks for us because that is 365 days of listening to Dayton talk smack. :)

    • Manchin may get it but any mention of the radical left that wanted to get rid of the filibuster and end almost 220 years of history because the Democrats are mad?  The House and Senate are obviously different legislative bodies with entirely different election processes and rules for a reason. The House can vote on laws with a simple majority vote. The Senate put rules in place that it would make it much tougher to pass laws. Laws should be difficult to pass. The Senate is often the holdup of the right and left. It takes 60 votes to break the filibuster so any law will almost certainly require agreement at least in part, from opposing sides of an issue. Because they can’t get laws passed, the radical left is like a baby having a tantrum and wants to change over 200 years of history and make it potentially ridiculously easy to pass laws. I have seen current poll maps and it is possible for the Republicans to sweep into complete power in November but by the tiniest margin. That would possibly mean that a single vote margin in both houses could enact what you might call the radical right laws. There would be nothing that the Democrats could do to stop any legislation whatsoever if the left (they are all radical, minus Manchin) got their filibuster rule changed.  That is where the current filibuster comes into play as any new law would require several Democrats to agree with the majority Republicans and vice versa.  Do you want the potential for your radical right to have free rein as the radical left wants by killing the filibuster or is the radical left just as (if not more) dangerous? Let’s see if we have a history in this area? Oh yeah, the Democrats changed the rules in the Senate to allow federal judges to not have to overcome the filibuster. Obama was not getting his federal judge nominations passed and being angry, they changed the rules instead of nominating more moderate justices. They were warned that it would come back to bite them. They didn’t care and chose the nuclear option to change the rules. Oops! Any guess how Trump got all of his Supreme Court nominees passed against strong Democrat opposition? The Democrats got rid of the filibuster for federal judges after another tantrum   So when you are so worried about the radical right, are you equally concerned in what the radical left is always doing by changing rules and history which were put into place just for situations like we are in? So while Manchin gets it, what about his other 50 colleagues (49 + Harris)?  What concerns you more, Abbott and Paxton or the Democrats who want to make it to where if the Republicans do take over, they can go wild… at least in your mind?
    • MODS please remove that ISD twitter link! I had no idea it would copy the whole posting. I only highlighted the portion about the venue change. Sorry about that!
    • See why I don't trust my Hogs?
    • Come on dude, don’t take anything away from the kids on the field. If you want to talk uncharacteristic, we made what 3 or 4 errors in game one. Y’all had 2 EARNED runs.  Defense is normally our strong suit. Your ace didn’t strike out a single one of our kids. Like I said also, you did not out hit us in game 1. Hell you barley out hit us in game 2. We had all the uncharacteristic walks. Josh pitched a hell of a game is what made that game what it was.
