Well I watched gilmer beat carthage.and I thought Carthage was big!!;Lord gilmer oline is absolutely huge!! 49-42 gilmer.i can't see w.o beating either one.and there both alot more discipline on top of that.

I already know!! I watch them and Carthage alot.please, tell me did you read the comments from one of our coaches?? Smh, it's not about the past coaching staff.its about now!! When we're still committing about 70 penalties yards a game.this time of year isn't good.about working on the little things and getting better for the playoffs.the goal is to try to win a state title and not worry about beating former coaches.and all I'm saying is it's bigger than the game.holding kids accountable and have some discipline with them.will carry them farther in life.

My question for those that are closer to the coaching staff, do they hold the players accountable all the unsportman like penalties? As many as WOS is still committing, when is the coaches and students to blame for not getting better and less mistakes?

The game went as most expected.. I’ve seen similar things but I’m not gonna act like there isn’t a major talent difference in the two teams either.. I never bought into people hyping Jasper because of the coaches that were hired… You still have to have the jimmys and joes regardless of what some people think. Which is why WOS had a few off years when Hickman was hired regardless of what people say. WOS did what they were supposed to do to a team that they are much better than. One more week until playoffs!

Now all this other controversy...

Smh. This supposed to be about the kids. Not grown folks getting in their feelings and having an axe to grind and their own agenda. That's what all this stems from. All this controversy and these kids dont care they just want to play Mustang football. They've done it since they were young. The juniors are ready for thier time too. I spoke to one that was very happy to shine late in the game. Starters should've been out and resting after halftime.

Trust me when I say this... It'll all work out in the end. Nothing last forever. Only thing guaranteed in this world is change. The leaves will fall.

Yes and it's not the only one!! This situation isn't good.it is so bad family members saying things on FB.and you have coach making comments.this is a bad situation.praying for better days!!.its worse than what alot ppl don't know. Lord as great as this program has been never in my wildest dream did I ever think bcz, of that one bad situation it would have  gotten this outcome.and to make matters worse what if  West Orange can't go far in the playoffs with the things they keep doing.were all untitled to our on opinion.i can't see West Orange beating the likes of Carthage,brock,gilmer,Waco le vaga.not throwing any coach under the bus but after watching all them play.i really think they can't coach there team on there level.and with some of the comments coachT deserves better respect than what people has been posting all day.times has truly changed.and I hate it also that the kids has to see this.every kid deserves to have better environment than this.

Please tell us how bad it is? Be specific. Also, if they do meet those teams, wouldn't it be in the State Championship Game (Brock, Gilmer, Carthage)?

This cryptic message is hard to comprehend. Help me understand. You are a Mustang supporter, but you need the team to be unsuccessful so they can fire the  coach(es),therefore validating your point and finally bringing in the coach(es) that meet your approval. Also, 34-7 at the half. Rest the starters?

They won’t answer you, the replies and comments are all about hurt feelings and not getting what they wanted. Has nothing to do with winning, discipline, etc… an 80 game winning streak would somehow be made into a failure, 16 shutouts in a row, nothing would be enough. But the person they want can have an overall losing record, never have won a single playoff game , a district championship, or anything resembling success, but they’d still be “ A Great Coach”

nobody here is close to that coaching staff. Notice the negative accusations. They know nothing about the coaches or team, they just criticize.
