The head coach didn’t act alone and fit all the kids for shoulder pads and helmets. He didn’t run the practice by himself. All the coaches should have some type of punishment. You get to have 18 practices if you do spring ball and the sacrifice is starting a week later in the fall. Really helps set your rosters before you break for the summer.
