I’m looking forward to the new market in Silsbee. I wonder how long it’ll be before ICE shows up? Just because you’re a citizen doesn’t mean they won’t haul you in. Maybe even deport you. Oughtta be real good for business, all this fear and violence directed towards people who don’t look white enough. And white people who don’t like to see others treated like animals. Shoot first. I came through Silsbee on my way to and from Black Gold BBQ (excellent food) and I saw no illegals, so I didn’t get to use my whistle.

I wish that wasn’t over an hour round-trip.

Now I go to Grangel’s for my brisket. 

….. which is only about a 15 minute round trip.

Sorry, had to look it up. Used to go to Nick’s to get my boudain. One of my son’s friends was a butcher there. From Sour Lake, the round trip would be about the same, but I’ll give it a try.
