He won’t be indicted.  Appointed, unqualified prosecutor who by the way has never tried a case of this caliber is over her head.  This is like asking a JP to preside over a case in General Session’s.  
This is comical.   He may or may not be guilty but this is an example of a kangaroo court.

This is all speculation. No one has seen any evidence, so they have no idea how strong or weak the case is. 

DOJ could of asked for a warrant and invited Fox News to film them pulling him out of his house at 6am like Roger Stone....THAT would of been a distraction and consumed the news, but they are letting him come in on his own....... 

That does not sound like a DOJ looking to make a distraction......that looks like a DOJ that thinks they have a sound case and don't need theater...
