Phillips 66 is also closing & Chevron is relocating HQ to H-Town. Bakersfield has been pretty much down since before I retired. It’s a shell of itself. Strictly small player biodiesel now I believe. Just watch. The Anacortes refinery will be next. Washington State can’t be outdone by Cali. LOL

Going to be interesting now that the House has passed the bill to negate Cali’s ability to ban gas vehicles. They’ll be in worse shape than Florida that has to ship everything in via truck or ship.
