It’s called settling out of court, and I’ll bet dollars to donuts there was a disclaimer that CBS admits no wrongdoing. If they were guilty, why did Trump offer a settlement? But, according to what you say about these two being fake news I can only presume that the Pope didn't die and is actually still alive. What say you?
