jordibug15 Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 The final was 62-39. Couldn't have been 63 when you left because Lumberton blocked an extra point towards the end of the 3rd Quote

raideroldtimer Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Congrats to nederland. Shout out to lumberton. They were way better than I thought they would be. We had better shore up that defense for next week Yeah, can't wait to see what happens next year. I know Nederland won big but I'll bet most everyone on that side was surprised by how well L-Town actually played. Quote

There were 3 mistakes by Lumberton that led to 3 touchdowns by Nederland. Quote
#1 NDNFAN Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 More like 60. But he's got a lot of experience using a computer while driving... I've seen it first hand. He may be 60, but he definitely is very young at heart. Quote
mytwocents-28 Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 One thing is for sure, nobody is gonna count l-town out next year. Heck with that qb and rb coming back they actually may be a favorite for a playoff spot. Quote

outanup Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Man that Lumberton announcer is unique.....for a better choice of words. Loved the Christian prayer, thats how it should be. I left with 5 minutes in the game and checked the buses......No Defense in there either. SMH!!!!! Quote
andrew24b Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 The 1991 season was the last time the Bulldogs won a game while giving up 39 points. The year Nederland beat Bridge City 40 ---- 39. Quote
