eagleswoodville#1 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Sometimes injuries are worse when things are going bad. I'm not saying that is what's happening...but I've seen a lot of kids get "hurt" when they start playing bad or start losing. I'm sure I'll get all kinds of ridicule for this one. Not from me. I understand what you're saying. We've all been in highschool at some point and know how it is. There are always those kids on every team who think they're a lot better than they are and will fake an injury to try to find an excuse for poor play. NOT IN ANY WAY SAYING KOUNTZE IS DOING THAT. Just stating a general fact lol that wasn't directed at Kountze. Quote
kcat-fan Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Maybe some are faking injury a week early due to the fear of Kville. ...hahaha. jk! Quote
texas13 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Haha maybe so. I just hope kville doesn't hang a hundred on us. Quote
kcat-fan Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Haha maybe so. I just hope kville doesn't hang a hundred on us. Nah. ...I don't think that they would run it up that much, nor would they kick onside kicks while having a huge lead. Quote
texas13 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Nah. ...I don't think that they would run it up that much, nor would they kick onside kicks while having a huge lead.I hope not. Good luck to you guys Friday night Quote

rykerx144 Posted September 20, 2014 Author Report Posted September 20, 2014 I also noticed last night it was 4 quarter up by 60 something and Mitchell was still running the ball....thats arrogant and risky kcat-fan 1 Quote

No Sir...that's 110% correct! Quote
mmccary Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Moving kids up just to dress out 30 does not help, but will hurt in the long run by them not getting their regular playing time on JV. If they can not contribute to the game, play with the 20 kids you have on the team. Good luck Kountze. I couldnt have said it better! Quote
ECFAN#1 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 we had 23 last night at the finish and 8 guys out...get 7 back...23 plus 7 equals 30 30 is good to hear. Hope the rest gets back ASAP. Any word on Arnold? I heard it was wrist. Quote

ace2335 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Kville makes it look easy in this one. Quote
kcat-fan Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 With the Lions getting back their injured, will they be more balanced or will this week be another air raid?...and will Kville be able to control it? Just a thought for conversation. Quote

Just a thought for conversation.both running backs are back in action. So they should run it a little more, but hairgroves lives to throw it around Quote
kcat-fan Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 They do it pretty well for small school. ..even with the backup in. Quote
texas13 Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 They do it pretty well for small school. ..even with the backup in.but corrigan secondary averaged 5'5" though, but yes we can throw it better than the average small school Quote
kcat-fan Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 5'-5"?...yeah, that helps you out a little. Lol Quote
whsalum Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 I don't know where the back up QB plays when Arnold is healthy but with Arnolds quickness and Lognion's arm there is a real potential for some screens and swing passes out of the backfield. The Lions gotta fix their defense though, there are just too many chances for turnovers throwing it as much as they have to to keep up. Quote
