TxHoops Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Amen BC sucks , newton fumbled 7 times That district is shaping up to be verrrry exciting. I still think Kirbyville and Newton will be a dogfight and determine the winner. But Buna is looking tough too. Quote
Back2swag Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Uhh newton in d2 bro , Kville in d1 Quote
TxHoops Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Uhh newton in d2 bro , Kville in d1 What the hell do I know?!? Lol My bad! Quote
Wildcat_Pride_1980 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Orangefield is big and physical! Had trouble with the triple option. It gave Kirbyville defense fits all night. We too many fumbles but a solid game overall. Ty Dennis and Derian Ballard for Kirbyville can flat out fly...damn!!! Quote

Wildcat_Pride_1980 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 hey 1980, got any stats? No but im willing to bet that #4 had about 200 yards on our defense...smh Quote
BobCat22 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Kirbyville's speed is impressive. Good luck to the Wildcats this season. They should make a good playoff run! Proud of my Bobcats for never quitting tonight! Keep working hard Bobcats and you will be fine. Quote
TexMex Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Kville in a tight game with O-Field Just like I said Quote
Wildcat_Pride_1980 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Kville in a tight game with O-Field Just like I said I bet we beat Kountze. Orangefield Is tough! Quote
Wildcat_Pride_1980 Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Much closer than some expected. Kirbyville fumbled 3 or 4 times. Played a little sloppy but we won that's all that matters. I'm willing to bet anyone Kirbyville will be ready for district. Quote
DP#1FAN Posted September 6, 2014 Report Posted September 6, 2014 Coach Neece will have Kirbyville ready when district rolls around. Keep a eye on this team. Orangefield is a better team than some people think. Don't look over them. Quote

JacksonslaDe05 Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 Being Orangefield alum I'm proud of the effort the 'Cats displayed last night. K-Ville had superior athletes and speed, but couldn't match the heart of the Bobcats. I played fort the '98 team that lost to Crockett in the second round. I know I'm biased, but we were easily the most athletic team to ever come thru OF. Where had all that athleticism gone?? Not knocking the the guys on this years team at all but they just don't seem to have the athletes coming thru the oil fields these days. But still love to see that Bobcat pride and grit. Keep your heads up boys, the playoffs are there fort the taking Wildcat_Pride_1980 1 Quote
Wildcat_Pride_1980 Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 I wouldn't say we couldn't match the heart of your Bobcats. Your Cats have some size up front and our offensive line wasn't blocking well. Our backs made big plays off of pure athleticism and speed. Orangefield played us tough but Kirbyville also made a lot of mistakes and had 3 or 4 fumbles. We will be just fine come district...good luck to your Bobcats. Quote
Kville1968 Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 Was it just me or was that some sloppy, confused, disorganized officiating or what? We won so I'm not being a sore loser or anything. They looked unsure about every call, how to step it off. Just my opinion Quote
Ty Cobb Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 The officials were very bad!!! Quote
Kville1968 Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 Twice I saw him step off 12 yards the go back and count the hash marks and have move the ball. But the always seemed confused. Quote
Wildcat_Pride_1980 Posted September 8, 2014 Report Posted September 8, 2014 Democrats ? Kountze will get their turn don't worry. Quote

TexMex Posted September 8, 2014 Report Posted September 8, 2014 very rare you find a good group of highschool officials all covering the same game chances are one in every group will have biased judgement that will directly impact a game no sweat though, we know its gonna happen. just got to live thru it and do what u can Quote
