Morse named starting QB for PN-G

Coach Faircloth has named Morse starting QB for the PN-G Indians. Walker will be staring at CB on the defense.  Congrats to Morse and Walker.

I knew this would eventually happen. I started off last season saying it needed to. Walker is an athlete that will do well wherever you put him, and Morse is a natural quarterback. This was the most sensible decision.

So who backs up Morse? I would figure Walker would only be behind Center as a starter after a full week of prep and someone else would take regular second team snaps since Ky will be working out with the D. Who will that be?

And that was with a cast on his arm. Kid showed good instincts at DB.

Lets hope Adam Morse stays healthy. Big sturdy kid, but he will run more than Walker did, much by design, so he will take a few more hits. Thats the added dimension with Adam. He runs like a full back. I think the offense will be a little bit like it was in 2011 with Miller and Bertrand in the backfield.

Morse has been very good at every level. He will continue his success at this level. We got some glimpses of what he can do last season. He has all the tools. He is a very accurate passer!!!!

Walker will back up Morse.  Lejeune will start on D as a Strong Safety with Murdock moving from WR to Free Safety.  Only two QBs are going through reps at two-a-days: Morse and JV QB Vidrine.
