Definitely worth the cost of a ticket to see this one tonite! Outstanding pitching duel! Game could've gone either way. Huffman found a way to scratch a couple of runs and BC didn't. Both pitchers with 8 K's and 2 hits, quality outings for both guys. On to game 3 tomorrow.

Great high school game. Both pitchers, BC's McFarland and Huffman's Bumpas who are both southpaws put on a clinic on how to get hitters out.

 

Both teams are evenly matched. Huffman is 23-5, BC 26-4 for the year. Game 3 should be classic.

I would expect Shug to pitch at least 3 innings. Especially if Huffman winning a close game with the top of their order due in the fourth.

I personally think BC will win. There is just too much talent and intangibles. They know how to win and use to winning.

Langston's grandfather was the starting QB on BC's state championship team.

Rake son is probably one of the top 3/4 catcher's ever at BC.

I just can't see them losing today!

I fully expect Shugs to go as long as he can. I'm sure they are concerned about pitches but you lose today you get as much rest as you want. He seems like a very competitive kid and expect him to want the ball and pitch his rear end off. Worry about sore arms tomorrow go get em today. Good luck BC
