  1. huh? Dont understand baby talk
  2. Act like something is wrong?? Well yea.. something is wrong... PNG has a very young squad... and Nederland is having a down year due to the lack of skill in certain positions... If someone wants to trash talk, thats fine, whatever, but its when Vidorians get on here and start acting like they are at the top of this district because they beat Nederland... you are still (1-3)!!! for crying out loud.... You people just want to be a part of something like Ned and PNG have, and you arent... at least not right now... that could change at any point.. but its something you have to prove over years... just like Nederland and PNG have....
  3. All Mid-County trash talkers need to shut up. You act like because you are Mid-County teams that you should make the playoffs and win every year, it doesn't work like that. You actually have to play the games. And don't act like you people do not trash talk, do some research before you choose to be hypocrites. Every one of you talk bad about Vidor and all other teams so don't act like you don't. And you can say that Vidor people trash talk because SOME of them do, but don't act like your fans do not trash talk. Get a clue before you run your mouths. Vidor 31 PNG 21
  4. Forget the conditions let's talk winnign.... Go Jags!!! Tonight is the night the critics will be silenced. When we win I will start a blog for all the Dayton fans to give up props to Central..... No team can go three deep is ridiculous... Playoffs are one and done competitions and I am a believer in "Any Given Friday" Ohh.... I forgot IIIIIFFFFF Dayton pulls it out I will start a blog being the first to give you all props!!!!! Good Luck Dayton you will need it!
  5. I wonder if that would happen about 2nd or 3rd round? Something tells me Diboll would play WO-S but K-Ville would lose b4 that rematch with WO-S.....Oh well a bit too early for that now, i just hope K-Ville makes it, all this talk has gotten BC fired up probably.
  6. You talk about a mess on the fields tonight!!!
  7. At the rate they are going, they won't get to play on the new field this year. How sad is that......they broke ground on the new high school 3 1/2 yrs ago and we still have no football or baseball field ready. I hate it for the kids who are Seniors....they have been waiting to play on a new field and probably won't get too. Same with the football field.....the kids have been told more than once this year that the "next home game" will be at our new field.....and where are they? At the old field. Maybe it will be finished by the time our middle schoolers get there! As for all the talk about the AD.....I have a few comments there also. I agree with the others who say he is only concerned with football because he is......and not all football, VARSITY football. Our JV team has done well, yet they never get recognition. Last year, they were undefeated going into their last game (against Newton) and he didn't even know! Why you ask? Because he never went to the games. These kids work just as hard as the Varsity team and deserve to be recognized. The same with the other sports programs, all of these kids work hard and the AD should support all sports, whether it's volleyball, basketball, track or powerlifting. And until he does support the other sports, our athletic program will continue to decline.
  8. Sep 1 2006 5:00pm Away Non-dist La Marque Lost 20 - 28 Boxscore Sep 8 2006 7:30pm Home Non-dist Forest Brook Won 44 - 6 Boxscore Sep 15 2006 7:30pm Away Non-dist Waller Lost 38 - 41 Boxscore Sep 29 2006 7:30pm Away District Vidor Lost 24 - 28 Boxscore Oct 6 2006 7:30pm Home District Beaumont Central Lost 24 - 63 Boxscore Oct 13 2006 7:30pm Away District Port Neches-Groves Won 31 - 24 Boxscore Oct 20 2006 7:30pm Home District Beaumont Ozen Won 35 - 16 Boxscore Wow those are some facinating scores!!!!!!But if you think about it you cant compare the central-nederland game to any of LCM's games because if you look back on the Bears Scores it was alot closer than Nederlands 63-24 loss.... Since the bears only lost 27-14 and shut them out in the second half from what i hear.... Seriously the trash talk is a little childish if you ask me so dont compare points because paper work dosen't matter when it come down to Friday Nights....
  9. There are fans from every school that talk trash even PNG. If you have read this board you would know that. I myself do not talk trash. We all support our teams, win or lose I will always back the Pirates. I expect a hard fought enternaining game tomorrow, you should do the same.
  10. It is not any fun unless you can talk a pound of smack!!!! Good luck Dayton I will really enjoy this game... I love Friday Nights and truely just want to see a great game... But any real fan will make a great excuse for his team.... Hell Vidor and Nederland fans still making excuses and that was 4 weeks ago!!!! Lets have fun... you guys waaaaayyyyy too sensative.
  11. If the rain doesn't stop.........will Central be coming to Dayton? Is Central's field turf? Good Luck to both teams.......of course I stand behind my Broncos but I am not going to smack talk......may the best team win!
  12. Dravanti is going to show this Salter kid what Football really is... And good point... I think what Johnson just said was perfect... he didnt trash talk, he said just wait til friday...
  13. What somebody says on here and what they do on Friday night is two different things. You can say anything, you fellas don't get careless and say stuff that will call your character into question. Especially when you are putting your name and number as your login. Lets just have some class and do it on the field not the forum. Leave the trash talk to a bunch old chunky dudes sitting behind computers.
  14. Nope, there is plenty of trash talk from PNG !
  15. I think it'll be a close game, could go either way. But most folks from PNG don't come on here and talk trash. We leave that on the field were it should be.
  16. I don't think that it is Kendrex either. I know him, and I know how easy it would be to get on here, make up any user name and pose to be whoever you want. It's not a good thing, and if it is Kendrex, I would hope that you wouldn't talk like this cause you are going to bring bad omen on us!
  17. The Kville game was a very close well played game by both teams. The only problem with it was that it ended on a feild goal that should have never been kicked. Kville had the long pass inside the 5 yard line that left 3 seconds on the clock. Clock stops to move chains. (in this case just the down marker inside the 5) Marker was set. Referees waited at very least 10 seconds for Kville to get to the line of scrimmage and get set before starting the clock. Then the spike, then the FG. Should've never happened. 3 seconds shouldve been run off before they were close to being set. Its one thing to lose to a good team, its another to lose on bad ref. calls. I know...I know.. the next post is going to tell me to get over it.... all that garbage talk, and thats ok. But I think alot of people that werent there, (and some that were) dont realize what happened there. Anyway, that was last year and it dont matter but it keeps getting brought up. Thought I was just inform and refresh some memories.
  18. Lady Rangers, Kingwood wage classic battle By Michael Pineda Baytown Sun Published October 25, 2006 Sterling’s bid for the District 21-5A co-championship came up short Tuesday night but not because of a lack of effort. In a game, which met playoff standards and then some, the Lady Rangers fell to No. 5 Kingwood 25-17, 22-25, 25-23, 25-23. With the loss, RSS ended the regular season at 33-6 and 12-2 in the district, while Kingwood finished a perfect 14-0 on 21-5A. “We left it on the court tonight,†RSS head coach Nadine Horne said. “We left it, every bit of it, on the court. We had our opportunities, it just wasn’t meant to happen.†Both teams played outstanding defense throughout the match as bodies flew to the floor for digs on a regular basis. Sterling’s bid to claim their first district championship since 1997 came up short however and they will enter the playoffs as the District 21-5A runner-up. Sterling took a lead in the first game on a kill by Ashley Tadlock although it was Priscilla Massengale who set the tone early with a great dig. The Lady Rangers held the lead at 8-7 only to see Kingwood rip off a 7-0 run to take a 14-8 lead. The lead grew to 20-10 before Katie Breazeale stopped the bleeding with a block. Three more points cut the lead to 20-14 but that would be as close as RSS got in the eight-point loss. “In some spots we played intimidated in the first game,†Horne said. From the second game on Sterling looked like a completely different team going toe to toe with the defending district champion. In the first game, Destiny Mason was a non-factor offensively but that would change in a hurry. The senior logged her second kill of the night to tie the game at 3-3. Kingwood rebounded to take a 6-5 lead but the Lady Rangers responded on a kill by Mason and a block and kill by Tani Eschberger for an 8-6 lead. Sterling kept momentum in their favor as each time the Lady Mustangs would put together a surge, Mason had an answer. Kingwood pulled within one at 14-13, but Mason picked up two kills. Kingwood tied the game at 16, but Mason hit the ball to an open spot on the floor and followed up with an ace. A Tadlock kill made the score 19-16 forcing a Kingwood timeout. The Lady Mustangs came out of the timeout discombobulated, giving up a point for a misalignment. Kingwood was not finished however, as they pulled within 23-22. Mason had one more kill for game point and a ball hit out of bounds gave Sterling a 1-1 tie. The Lady Rangers came out smoking in the third game jumping out to an 8-1 lead behind three Mason kills. Kingwood put two points together but three more Sterling points made the score 11-3 and forced the second Lady Mustang timeout of the game. The RSS lead stayed at eight points with the score at 15-7 before the visitors began to work back into the game. Kingwood took the lead at 21-20 on two consecutive blocks. An Eschberger block tied the game at 21-21 and a Tadlock ace tied the game at 23-23. Kingwood closed the game out with two consecutive points for a 2-1 lead. Much like the third game, Sterling held the lead most of the game only to see it slip away at the end. The Lady Rangers found themselves trailing 10-7 before ripping off a 5-0 run. Massengale came up big with two kills and a block. Kingwood tied it up at 12-12 only to see mistakes give RSS the lead back at 15-12. Sterling’s held i’s last lead at 22-21 when the Lady Mustangs scored four consecutive points. Tadlock pulled RSS within one at 24-23 on a tip, but a kill by Kathryn Garner secured the district championship. “I normally don’t talk to the kids on the floor after the game,†Horne said. “But when they were trying to walk out with their heads down I said we weren’t going to have any of that. We just played one of the best matches that you are going to see.â€
  19. Can someone please define "thug attitude"? I don't necessarily like some of the ways people talk and type on here, but I can guarantee you that my kids have probably reverted to saying something "thuggish" as most have. You can disagree with someone and even find them annoying, but stating that someone "talks with the thug attitude" is about like telling someone that they are talking "white". I have just never figured out how these things are defined.
  20. Yes, LCM beat us and YOU deserved the win. I congratulate you and if the board was quiet for a week, nothing I can do about that. Now, back to you playing Nederland....again, I say you will not beat them. Have you EVER seen Mosely run? The guy is a machine. Added to this, Ned's defense will be ALL over you...trust me. And, once you get All the Ned fans there, with ALLLLL their noise makers, yelling, screaming and motivating their team, you won't know what hit you. I really think Nederland will take this one and end up in the 3rd spot for district. I know this is all "smack" talk, but seriously, I know it's going to be a good game and I hope and pray that it's injury free. Good Luck to both Nederland and LCM !
  21. Sound assessment, and that's not just homer talk. Lumberton did beat Nederland, but they lost to PN-G, who lost to Nederland - so you can't assume that the Raiders should be ahead of Big Ned.
  22. wow balla you dont even play and you talk all this smack?
  23. Chavis decommited from Baylor October 23, 2006 Brian Freeman PowerMizzou.com Talk about it in Football Recruiting Board Beaumont (TX) native Billy Chavis has just tried to make sure he's doing what he can to help the team. This season, it's meant splitting time between linebacker and strong safety for his Westbrook team. He said that he's finding out how much fun it is to dish out the hit, rather than take it. Chavis plans on visiting Missouri after the season. "So far, it's all good," said the 6-foot-4 Chavis. "We're undefeated in our district and 6-1 over all. The games have been going good for me. I think I'm averaging about 11-12 tackles a game. I'm trying to help my team where I can and I've been playing some strong safety and linebacker. I've play every position in high school, kind of wherever they need me. Depending on how big I get and wherever they need me, that's probably where I'll play. I'm really enjoying playing on defense." Earlier this season, Chavis made a visit out to Arizona. He said he enjoyed the trip, but that the trip would be far from his last. "I'm working on visits to Iowa, Clemson and Missouri," said Chavis. "They'll all be official visits when ever I get there. I'll probably be taking most of them after the season because I'm tied up with my own season. I wouldn't mind catching a game, but it doesn't look real good right now." Chavis said that since his de-commitment from Baylor, he has been hearing from several schools, including one that may mean something more to him. "Recently, I've been talking a lot with Missouri," said Chavis. "It's been nice getting a chance to talk with Gary Pinkel and Matt Eberflus. I've also been talking a lot with my cousin, Tommy Chavis." Chavis added that the two cousins have talked quite a bit about Missouri, even if one of them is not there. "He's been telling me about the new facilities and how he likes Missouri," said Chavis. "He's told me to take my time and not rush in to anything. He's been encouraging me to come up to Missouri with him, but he understands I have to take my time." Chavis went on to add that he has been impressed with Missouri this year, despite not making a game. He also said that his visit there should clear up any questions that he has. "From watching their season so far, everything seems to be coming together," said Chavis. "The players get along and they've got the great fans. I think the coaching is really good. As far as the little things about them, I'll find that out when I take my visit." Along with a visit to Missouri, Chavis also plans official visits to Iowa and Clemson. After his de-commitment, where does that shake up his top teams? "Missouri, Iowa, and Clemson are the top three," said Chavis. "They're all pretty much even for me until I take my visits. After that, I'll have a better idea of who I like." Chavis said he wanted to take his time the second go-around of recruiting, but that he knows there's a deadline for all of his thinking. "I don't know when I'll be deciding again," said Chavis. "Signing day is the beginning of February, so I'm sure I'll have my decision no later than that."
  24. Don't forget about LC-M, all this talk about nederland is great but LC-M is long over due. I think they are ready, guess we will find out this weekend.
  25. I do not have a problem with any of our coaches. Anything other than that said is just trying to stir stuff up. Maybe we can go back to our pm talk? Nothing but love for the Pirates and the Coaches!!!!!!
