  1. No way Lumberton gets by Lamarque, sorry to bring you all down. L Town will see more size and speed than they have all year. Lamarque wont have penalty after penalty and fumble after fumble like Smiley.
  2. All BH had to do was keep running the ball and BC would be sittin at home next week. That pass to the endzone on 4th and 2 was the most "questionable" call by the OC I've seen all year. BH has 3 RB that couldve rotated in and kept fresh legs in there to punch it on down that last 30 yards. There were about 10 Lamarque players on the BH side and to say they have size is an understatement. And its a know fact that they have speed. Good game Central and umm.....good luck next week.
  3. It should..... There were about 10 Lamarque players on the BH side last night watching the game. Um... they have SIZE and its a know fact they have speed. One of the guys was about 6-4 280 or so.
  4. I got people calling me saying the game starts at 7:00 not 7:30...Sign at school, BH sports report, Baytown sun all say 7:00. UIL, SETX, Chronicle all say 7:30.... anyone know a for positive?
  5. Cameron is about 5-11 and approx. 260 or so lbs, He's dominating the DLine in every game. BH Def MVP so far in my opinion. The Olympic lifting is a true indication of overall strength. His quickness together with the power is what I think makes him so hard to deal with.
  6. I will have to politely disagree on that...... Pat was rarely given the opportunity the play and when the unfortunate injury to chris occured, Pat took advantage of it. Pat turned out to be, in my oinion, far more accurate, and just as elusive runner, although maybe not as powerful as Chris. Both good in their own right, Pat didnt lead the area in passing yardage for no reason. If I were a coach I'd rather have one that could throw an accurate spiral over one that could run.
  7. Last year it turned out to be a good thing tho. Not good that Chris got hurt but that Pat was as good as he was.
  8. The Kville game was a very close well played game by both teams. The only problem with it was that it ended on a feild goal that should have never been kicked. Kville had the long pass inside the 5 yard line that left 3 seconds on the clock. Clock stops to move chains. (in this case just the down marker inside the 5) Marker was set. Referees waited at very least 10 seconds for Kville to get to the line of scrimmage and get set before starting the clock. Then the spike, then the FG. Should've never happened. 3 seconds shouldve been run off before they were close to being set. Its one thing to lose to a good team, its another to lose on bad ref. calls. I know...I know.. the next post is going to tell me to get over it.... all that garbage talk, and thats ok. But I think alot of people that werent there, (and some that were) dont realize what happened there. Anyway, that was last year and it dont matter but it keeps getting brought up. Thought I was just inform and refresh some memories.
  9. This is not official or written in stone, pretty much second hand info, but word is that T Patton will play fri. although with a hurting ankle, B. Patton, from what I hear, is out for a couple of weeks with that shoulder injury, A. Little's pulled quad is 100% healed, Havn't heard of anything else.
  10. BH 49- Smiley 14 final. Wasnt near that close. both smiley td's 2nd half. 1 with less than 2 minutes in left the game. BH Starters played very little in 2nd half. A couple of key injuries occured. B patton, seperated shoulder, T Patton , ankle i think. I'm sleepy....... more opinions later. good job bh.
  11. Great job Eagles... BH Eagles that is. Whatever was said or adjustment made after NC's 1st drive was the right move. BH looked out of position and unenergetic or that 1st one. After that though....... A light came on and the real Defense came out. And I think the thing that most impressed me was that late in the game, their motors were still running wide open and not playing for the end of the game. I guess we can attribute that to the offense staying on the feild for long periods at a time. Great job again.
