I think a big part of why Crosby took less of a Donkey Stomp this year can be based on 2 reasons. 1.) CEK returned 3 players to Crosby’s 9 from last year and 2.) There was no film on Crosby running their new offense, so they chunked a couple of seam passes for TD’s. Now that game film will be available for opponents the DC’s will limit that production. Then we get to see how Crosby can adjust. Not sure if FBM has the coaching to react this game but FBM at home they win. Buffs by 14

True Montgomery hasn’t been good , but we don’t live in the past like Crosby. This year Montgomery lost by 1 point to NC which beat them 49-14 last year. If you look at what NC brought back from an undefeated 6A district championship last year it doesn’t support that kind of drop. You can only conclude that Montgomery has improved and we play them at home. No one is trying to make them better because there on the schedule that is again a Crosby tactic so they feel better when a donkey stomp in on the way.

Easy they got 22 yards on the ground against the national champs ! These Buffaloes won’t be nothing.

Can’t find any highlights from the NC game ,but did see some of their scrimmage against College Park , outside of their illusive QB they do have a scat back that is quick. They do look much improved, but the key is stopping that QB . Hope we have a spy on him all night because he will tuck and run before standing in the pocket. 70% of the time he keeps on the option read , so our LB’s will be tested.

So FBM and Crosby both return 9 players. Crosby won last year in OT now travels to FBM with a new coaching staff and beats them at home ? Y’all are going to be so disappointed Saturday morning. 14.2 is already talking about running the table in district after the slaughter last Friday? Late in the playoffs? First you have to get to the playoffs 👍 I hear ya, but still do not think playing teams you can’t get within 5 TD’s of is useful. Maybe y’all put North Shore on the schedule for next year with that logic no one will touch you in district. Mag West allowed us to play a competitive team with good coaching and kids which will be more than likely what we will see in district. You play teams that test you not embarrass you.

BH only scored 10 last year and BH only brought back 3 starters than they did. No one thought this would be a blow out either way😂. Could be worse we could have lost by 5 scores from a team that only returned 3 starters with a Soph QB. How embarrassing would that be?

Getting drug up and down the field doesn’t prepare you for anything. Finding teams you can compete with does. Doesn’t matter what your record is once district begins ,but playing teams way over you skill level gets you nowhere

BH travels to Montgomery to take on the Bears after they narrowly lose to 6A New Caney by a score of 34-35. The Eagles got revenge from last years opening loss to Mag West flipping the score from last year 28-18. BH beat the bears last year 42-10 so you would think another blow out, but New Caney also beat them 49-14 last year. BH returns 7/6 while Montgomery returns 7/4 from last year and for reference New Cane returned 4/7 from an undefeated district Champ team! Montgomery is boasting a true duel threat QB that is being touted as one of the best in the Houston area as a Jr. not sure what to expect here, but BH will have to contain the QB and tighten up the secondary to beat the bears. My gut tells me BH by 14, but this could be a good one!
