Congrats Panthers. You guys are hard to figure out. You played a tight game against Hardin, beat DV but looked really bad against EC on your home field. What gives?

I thought the Bucs defensed the run fairly well but struggled against the pass. Both teams played hard with several *strange* officiating calls during the last 2 minutes. Both teams benefitted from officiating decisions. Great game.

I've heard Houston, Baylor, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State & Kansas State are interested. I don't know if any of them have actually made an offer.

We may not have enough bleachers for the visitors but at least you can view the game without having to look around a light pole.

The EC coaching staff does an excellent job keeping the players focused and not letting the kids get the big head. Like I've said before, you won't find the EC players running their mouths on a sports message board. They know how to win and they "act like they've been there before." They'll be ready to play on Friday night.

I understand Tramain has several D-1 schools that expect him to play on the defensive side of the ball in college.

EC scored three defensive TD's against Warren so margin of victory in the two contests should not be considered a reliable indicator of either (DV or Warren) defensive unit's merit. DV forced 4 or 5 TO's against EC and therefor I feel DV's defense is a little stouter than that of the Warriors.

I agree 100% Most kids with his level of ability get the big head. Tramaine has handled his fame in a humble manner. His parents have done a great job raising him.

Apparently this writer didn't see the EC vs. DV game last week. The Bucs had 4 or 5 turnovers in the first half! Good luck to the Bucs and the Longhorns tonight.

Newton beat EC in 2004 but they sure didn't whip the Bucs that night. Seems like ya'll beat us by 6 or 7 points. Keep it real.
