1. Who stands to benefit the most from this?  Kashmere High School?  Humble?
2. I think they would have moved the ball a lot more successfully if they had stuck with the zone read and option stuff a little more.  The qb is pretty darn quick. Hey it worked, but I thought they made it tougher than it really should have been.
3. I am going to be rooting for the Patriots GCM, but man are they always this one dimensional? Lee actually had some success with stopping them which is extremely unusual for a Lee defense these days. I could see how they would bog down against a good defense.  44 left, 44 right, 44 up the middle, over and over.
4. Wow..  There goes the basketball season. Hope he recovers fully.
5. I like maroon and white. I don't like black uniforms with a maroon helmet.  Just looked bad. Maroon numbers didn't help much, even though they were outlines in white. GCM, I wish I could blame it on Scott or Richardson getting hurt, but I don't think it had much to do with it.  Lee lost the game when they couldn't snap the ball to the qb throughout the first half and kept giving up opportunities to build on the 13-0 lead. When GCM got the field goal blocked, and Lee had the ball up 13-0.  That was the time to really put GCM behind the 8 ball. Lee just doesn't execute well enough to beat teams with equal talent. It was impressive just how perfectly GCM executed from midway first quarter through the end of the game.  No fumbles, no missed pitches, no penalties, nothing. Lee just wasn't good enough to stop them without mistakes by GCM.
6. Absolutely horrible uniforms Lee was wearing by the way. Black and maroon just don't go together in that manner. Worst uniforms since Stroud took away the Gander and put Lee on the side to make us look more like Midland Lee.
7. lol How did my phone type pansy. Landry it should have been. GCM executed much more efficiently than Lee did. Outside off the two early fumbles, the last 42 minutes of the game GCM played error free ball.  Only one penalty that I can remember, no fumbled snaps or anything of that nature.  Just completely out-executed the Ganders. Lee had their chances.  Just way too many bad snaps and sloppy play.  It seemed that Lee had about 4 straight drives after being up 13-0 where they would have 2nd and 18 after a bad snap.  Just a killer. Wimberley is a good player.  Reminded me of the guy from North Dallas 40 though the way he was limping around there in the second half for a while.  I really can't say much about anyone else, because Wimberley ran the ball about 45 of the 50 plays they ran.
8. Was borderline just like the Pansy incomplete pass that was incorrectly called a fumble.  Too much to overcome.  Wimberley probably fumbled four. Times in all he carries the ball like a damn trapper keeper
9. Two wimberley fumbles now that were blown.  The first one didn't hurt but this one might be the game
10. Lee can't stop them unless they fumble so it might. Be over
11. Lee turns it over on Downs. Gcm ball own 24 21-13 4;31 3rd
12. Killer call by the refs on an incomplete pass gives a fumble to gcm deep in Lee territory. Td. Gcm
13. Weird two minute drill for Lee. Couple of would be pick sixes that 9 somehow jumped up and got then a hook and lateral with 8 seconds left and no timeouts.  Lee is reverting back to their old sloppy ways.  Too many low snaps killing drives.  At least five or six that were fumbles that needed to ne recovered.
14.
Any nominations for best snack bar?  I've been extremely disappointed by the cheese to jalapeno ratio on my nacho orders as of late. "just easin' the tension baby" (in my best chubbs from Happy Gilmore voice)
Galena Park has real food.  They are also pretty moderate with the pricing. What about the prize for worst restrooms...I got Stallworth.  Can they seriously not get a sink in the men's restroom?  They have a maintenance sink in there and that's it.  I think it usually has a mop in the sink too.  I don't know how it's not a violation of some health ode or something.
15. Can't tell you. I haven't seen Vidor's defense.  Barbers Hill has a good defense, but they shut Lee down, so that's not a good comment for me to bring up.  ;D I think Lee is light years ahead of where they were when they played BH.  The offense looks entirely different now than it did 5 weeks ago. There are actually pass patterns being run.  They are going deep and utilizing their superior speed and jumping ability.  They just looked so remedial the first 5 games of the season.  They must have had a consultant come in and assess their passing game, because it is like apples and oranges now.
16. About North Forest's athletes, they pretty much matched Crosby offensively yard for yard in their game.  I can only assume they imploded their way to such a big loss with a bunch of mistakes. Lee has been a different team since they made the move at qb to Scott. They have averaged over 35 pts/game the last four games. Still can't stop anyone though from watching the Galena Park game.  They shut them out, but that was due to a lot of mistakes by GP.
Yes vengeance wise i would love to play Crosby and flip for where we play at and end up playin them at home but if i had to pick which team we have a better chance against it would definitely be Lee and i'd rather face them.
Careful what you wish for. Lee beat Crosby for a reason.
By one point but lost to NF by 3 points. And they are the only team that NF has beaten. I feel good about our chances against Lee.  8)
True. Like I said, be careful what you wish for. Lee has a bad habit of beatin the fire out of Vidor.  Not one of those things that you can just quit cold turkey.

19. I think you need to be able to pass the ball to do any damage to BH. I haven't seen Crosby this year, but I don't think that is their strong suit.
20. Not to hijack the thread too much, but the one thing I like about this Lee team is that they are so sportsmanlike.  We have had a lot of hotheads over the past 10-15 years that were quick to start a fight.  I have not seen them lose their cool at all this year.  They are very quick to pick the ball up and give it back to the official.  This is the sort of team you can get behind. I say this now, and watch them get into a bench-clearing brawl next Friday.
21. What I meant was that they need that win to ENSURE that they have a spot.  Other words, there are certain scenarios that can take place where they don't make it i they lose that game.
