Usually the winter before softball season. They've been doing a lot of work on their temporary homefield at Ford Park lately.

Well that's the way the most conferences are. If you choose to leave you're not welcome back. Now if they get rid of you they can welcome you back....aka Temple Big East. It's all about power.

While at the SLC Basketball tournament the guys from UTA said they were very concerned about what's going on in the WAC. A lot of talk that the WAC will dissolve. The SLC said they won't take any of the Texas schools bolting for the WAC back. In the end the Mavs could be part of the Great West!!!! All this conference shake up is a headache. At this point Sun Belt would be a better route if Lamar ever leaves the SLC.

SE Texas MSBL is looking to fill a 10th team. 23 and up. It's $210 per player. Season is 21-24 7 inning games. Plus playoffs and All-Star game. Games are held at Ozen, Kelly, West Brook, Memorial and H-J. Fee covers insurance, equipment, umpires, baseballs and field rental. Tryouts are being held April 15th at 2 pm over at West Brook.

Wow lol baseball25 I was just putting the latest standings not going there again. This section is called Lamar Univeristy sports so of course I mention them. Sam is on a roll very similar to Baylor. And to be honest I didn't see either program pulling off streaks like this, that's what makes baseball great.

I'm actually encouraged to put my opinion out there. Sports is unlike news. Same reason why I predict scores, winners, etc. I actually like talking with viewers and never get riled up or anything. Sports is a subject open to conversation.

Fine fire the guy, whatever. Geeze lol the team made regionals two years ago not 20. Wasted enough of my time with this.

First of all I want to wish him the very best. I also think another year would've helped him though. On this team Brown played more like a SG than PG. At his height it would be very hard for him to be a shoot first PG. The projections are 2nd Rd or FA. If this happens of course there's no money guaranteed and he might end up in Europe in that case. I'm no Horn fan but I think it would've been great for him to play in Austin another season and finish his degree.

And last as far as the practices go I've been to A&M, UT, Rice etc. the workouts are very similar. BP on the field, BP in cages, fungos, intrasquad, bullpen work for pitchers.
