Yes saying Groveton on any Friday is better than WS is craaaaaaaaazy! Everybody has their own opinions I guess! Put Groveton up against WS or the team they jus whipped(shelbyville) and they get schooled!

WS is 10 times tougher than what you saw when they played HD.  As soon as SA beat them it lit a fire in em! 

Trust me guys, I know it sounds really idiotic. I've seen Groveton play other games that would make me laugh the person out of the room who would make that remark. They've looked worse than pitiful in probably 7 out their 10 games. Remember how bad they were last year but somehow shocked Alto 40-21. They are just like that this year. So inconsistent it's unreal. I won't be surprised if Carlisle doesn't win by 25+. If I had to bet, my money is on Carlisle.....but....and y'all hold me to it.... Groveton can beat PC....by a couple scores. If it happens, y'all heard it here first.

The High School address is 702 North Clark Street....the road that the field is now on was bought by the school and not listed on GPS.  As soon as you pass by the High School you will see the lights!  Who is home side?

Hubbard was probably forced to have him on as a coach....you notice he was out the year after!  I didnt even notice he was around...thought he left with Clay...that shows you how much he was talked about lol!

But for whomever wants to know.  I did not play football.  I only really got into Football early in the 2003 season when I was a Jr.  There was no since in me trying to play too play then because I wouldnt know how to actually play well enough to make enough of a difference on a well talented team "team that Falcon was not a part of".  I love Football, have been to every SA game, and have never missed a Kansas City Chiefs football game in 10 years!  So Falcon, quit bottom dwelling...maybe HD will hire you!

Everyone on the planet knows that when a 2A team loses their best player it makes a difference. Shelbyville's best player is playing with a broken foot. I have not made an incorrect statement. Sorry to hurt your feelings. Asylums are full of people laughing.

1. 5 years ago Jmike was in 8th grade, not 9th grade. Get your facts straight.

2. The last year I coached in SA was 2011-12 with Coach Hubbard. Get your facts straight.

3. Coach Clay was a coordinator on a state championship team and is a great coach.

4. You have NEVER PLAYED A SINGLE SPORT IN YOUR LIFE AT ANY LEVEL in little league or school. You are not qualified to question coaches at any school at any level.

 

 

Everyone else:

 

1. I said earlier that Shelbyville would win the district. They did.

2. I said that with Shelbyville's best player being hurt WS would have a chance. They did. And Burrell is still hurt though he played.

3. The only thing I flamed out on miserably about was my prediction for Huntington to win 6 games (still trying to figure out how I went so wrong).

I did play sports in little league (basketball and baseball for 4 years and studied music in high school and I am still in the music business till this day.  You dont have to play sports in order to understand it, and if you did maybe you could have helped SA win more than 3 games in 2 years!  Clay is a good coordinator and not a great head coach.  If he was a great head coach he would have already had another HC job!  Coach Hubbard has a stand up coaching staff and glad it doesnt include you!

Tigers allowed just 140 total yds and had 4 int. Williams outgained them by himself 432-140 and had 4TD(14/20/250yds 2td passing, 16/142yds./2td rushing 40tot ret. yds. 14tk(4 for loss) 2int on defense). I just wonder where 89Falcon is hiding tonight........ Held Burrell to 19car. 80yds and a TD.

Mr Know it All Falcon is about to lose all of his knowledge.  The last time he coached in SA was 5 years ago when Jmike was still a freshmen!  He was there with Clay during the 3-17 stint SA had....

Newton still needs to improve a lot on Offense , i still don't see them going to Arlington yet. D still struggling with inside running game , and this team has lacked leadership all year and seems to continue . Unfortunately Newton will not see a good opponent for another 2 weeks though, hopefully they improve more before then.

If they can shut down CC then they will be fine in the playoffs!  I expect to see Newton win hard fought close games down the stretch!  Get em Eagles!

They always play Joaquin hard, and with the 28 points they scored on WS....I think they beat Joaquin!
