I think your being a little to kind ,but hey. More like a team with an offense vs a team with no offense . Its was blatantly obvious that BHs kids were way coached up compared to Daytons. BH did a great job of executing their game plan to get the win! Daytons defense can only do so much.

I said on a previous post it's ok to try something new if it works ... well Houston we have a problem . Agree QB needs to go back to receiver and 18 when he played QB against NC moved the ball better than the starter. We have a great group of kids that play their hearts out but they don't roll out the game plan.

Yeah turn overs are game killers. We put up hundreds of points last year and never staggered into the win column with the spread. I'm all for trying something new if it works - we will see

The new offense can work but needs to be balanced with the pass more we can't be afraid to mix it up.(The Broncos have an excellent air attack when utilized) I think our staff hasn't shown all their cards yet we will see friday. This team has a lot of potential just need to let those purple ponies out of the corral and let em run.

I don't remember getting blown out last year - I remember coming back late 2nd half and making a game out of it. This year the Broncos are beyond hungry and have some good talent on both sides of the ball.If we can play a game without a bunch of turnovers we will definitely put up a better fight than everyone is expecting personally I think we will win .We have a new DC and a new OC from last year that was from a multi year playoff program and he was HC..Don't sleep on us .

Dayton will be the underdog and rightfully so after stinking it up for 9 yrs. We do have a decent defense and some athletes on offense also. QB is dual threat and can take over the game by himself (he's a jr. and the game is starting slow down for him) The key to this game for Dayton will be trying to slow down BHs big QB.I think we are better than KP and can win this game if we don't have 7 turnovers like we did against Porter.

Crosby beat WOS last year and with a much improved defense this year I'll take Crosby in a close one.

Completely agree we have the talent on both sides of the ball and the kids are playing all out. [Hidden Content] #46 MLB for Porter was all district last year and wouldn't be surprised if he goes D1. #45 MLB for Dayton isn't to bad either. Our QB is getting better every game and is a hand full to bring down.

If you play like you did the second half against a very mediocre KWP we just might hang 30 on ya ! Nobody in the District will be intimidated by BHs soft defense - better hope your QB stays healthy . ( if you want gentle bring the KY )😧😯☺️

Its hard to when with 4 fumbles and couple of them in or near our redone not to mention 3 interceptions.That being said our defense stepped up and held Porter scoreless the first half. Porter had a stout defense and kept the Broncos in check most of the game ( big fast impressive defense)probably won't see a defense like that the rest of season.

Lets Go Broncos and strum those Spartans like a crow eaten Guitar Rock Star on steroids !!!

Crosby was never really out of this game - just shot themselfs in the foot with sloppy ball handling. CC QB is hard to contain very elusive good runner. I was impressed with CC should be a Distict Contender.

Let alone make the play-offs. ( or even win a game these days - the bar has definitely been lowered in Bronco land - maybe we can get a participation trophy )

AMEN Brother !!! Whats it been almost 9 yrs since we won distict - I know liltex is turning over in his grave.

This wasn't one of Friendswood better teams - we just find a way to make decent teams look great.

To early for me to tell to be quite honest. We are young and looking to improve with every game. Our QB that's wears #1is athletic and has a good arm but needs a lot more playing time until the game slows down for him. Should be a good scrimmage for both teams wish I didn't have to work.

Thanks coach bear always like reading your posts.Our QB is the young receiver that had his breakout game against Crosby last year. Your right If we can get an early win it would do wonders for the confidence of this young team

Its hard to gauge a team from the first scrimmage - like " Aggies we is" says- nobody wins a scrimmage . During the control part Broncos looked pretty pitiful while NC played like a veteran team . The Broncos are young and their inexperienced showed we matched up athlete for athlete that wasn't the problem. # 27 Dayton QB moved the ball better than # 1 QB in the control part but #1 QB was starting to heat up a bit in the live qtr. had a nice long run as well as a deep pass ( kid is going to be a dual threat and has a strong arm) The Broncos are nothing to brag about now but do see a lot of potential and progressively getting better whether that's enough or not time will tell.

Lots of teams had guys put up big numbers against Crosby ------- trying to give the kid a few props - and there you go trying to be a buzz-kill, lol " after going 0 & 10 got to have something to look forward to. He will make a name for himself soon enough .
