I have neighbors who are veterans that have had to place homes on the market because of being fired from their Government job. He is getting some bad advice that has him comparing apples to oranges. If you want to have retaliatory tariffs against other countries tariffs, fine.....I see no problem with that. But tariffs meant to balance trade balances are another issue altogether. There will be significant cost of living issues. But what about goods that are almost exclusively made in China......for example, almost ALL day-to-day medications are made there. Think about what this tariff will do to the price of those. What about thousands and thousands of companies that have goods "on the water" that have been 100% paid for with letters of credit. Effective today, the price doubles because of tariffs.......and China will not be paying those. Thousands and thousands of companies are going to lose mega dollars on goods that have ALREADY been sold UNDER CONTRACT. Again, this is not good. Yes, I know that, as supporters and believers, you want to defend this and "argue for America", but there is a lot beneath the surface that will hurt everyone of you if this matter is not resolved sensibly. We all can agree to disagree. However, seniors and the less fortunate are suffering.

Trump is due for a psych Evaluation. He has gotten worse. His age is definitely affecting his judgement. He simply does not care about the U.S.
