The coach has the option to take in on the PAT or the kickoff.

CC had the ball all but about 3 minutes of the 3rd quarter. #7 for HH is a hoss. Not sure why they did not go to him more in the second half. #3 for CC had to be tired after that game. It wasn't a secret who was getting the ball inmost plays.

There are a high school summer and fall leagues. This has been going on for at least 10 years that i know of. The dads who think they are better coaches than the high school coach normally run those teams.
