BH has had a great ride. Tomorrow they will face not only an elite softball team but the whole Aledo / DFW mystique. Aledo wins State in everything all the time like clockwork. I just hope BH can just give it their all and not be too intimidated. Safe travels to all.

I saw two Aledo fans, guys in their late 50’s grinning ear to ear after watching BH in the early game. I think they are thinking Aledo has it in the bag facing BH.

I will be there for Liberty and BH, unfortunately I cannot stay for the late game but I will support Deer Park for sure.

BH pushes another across. Now 6-0 headed to the 5th.  

BH plates 1 in the 1st then 4 in the 2nd. BH 5-0 after 2. 

Liberty wins! 4-3!

Liberty scratches one more in the 7th. 4-3.  Three outs away!

Liberty rallies for 3! Tied at 3 all bottom of 5th. 

3-0 Bullard after 3. 

0-0 after one here at Georgetown Eastview.

That’s why I have been preaching to totally disregard the rankings (in the softball forum). At this point in the season they are meaningless.  Max preps has TONS of good info but ignore the rankings.

Now the 3A Final is still set for UT. Liberty Bullard at Georgetown Eastview and Iowa Park Calallen at GT HS. What a MESS. 

An the theory is the 3A game starts a 6:30. UT is not going to be able to handle it.  

UIL indicates a 5:30 start time, OR a move to Turf field OR game could be rescheduled for tomorrow. Right now it’s a no go at UT.  

At 2:50 it’s raining here much harder than it was an hour ago. I do not think they will play at 3.  

Now a 3PM start. Rains ISD. 
 

Abseck would be a great hire.  Cedar Park plays smart and hard. High energy!

We are in a RAIN DELAY Thursday at 1 pm. Word from Rains ISD is a 2:30 restart.

Unrelated - 15+ years ago when I was going to school in the Dallas area we used to consider Frisco the sticks. I believe they only had two high schools in town. By the end of 2022 Frisco ISD will have 12 high schools with at least a 5A enrollment in an area smaller than Crosby ISD's attendance zone. I was going to one of my son's games a couple years ago and turned into Frisco Heritage High School. I didn't see any players so I asked if I was at the right field at which time I was told "No, you're looking for Frisco Independence". Independence was one block away. Both are 5A-D1. That's what type of suburban growth the larger schools in SETX are competing with. 

Frisco is probably the most insane place in the state right now.
