Had Moreaux played the first half against HF, we would have put up a hundred..... That big ol HJ D will get some stops.... I promise ya, they will get some BIG stops... Im so sick of hearing how good WOS is.... How they are going to beat us by 2, 3, 4, 5, touchdowns.... WOS has their hands full this Friday son. You can believe that..... Our offense is designed to help pitiful teams??????? Not many people run it because you have to be smart to run it.... If it were designed to help un-athletic teams, then just think if a WOS ran it.... How bad ass it would be??? Are you saying that mis-direction does  not work for good teams? Are you saying smash-mouth, up the gut, in your face does not work for good teams?????? Please, I bet 90% of the WOS posters on this site have never played a down of football..... Probably know how to march really well and icewater, I bet you were a hell of a flag twirler..... We'll see just how good HJ is come Friday night..... If WOS looses, like I predict they will, I'll probably get booted off this site for good... Gabe, you wouldn't know a football if it hit you in the gut and swole up your ovaries.....

We have played a couple of teams with fast receivers. I believe the fact that you have to throw over Wilkins, Edelmon and Padgett each 6'4" or better, then hands up and jumping has a lot to do with those qb's over shooting the receivers... They do not get blown backwards, they will be in Jack's face all night....They may not get to him, but he still will have to throw over them most of the time... Its going to be a good game, by far our biggest test of the season so far...

Those quick passes and quick scores cant be made if the offense is not on the field.... Long, time consuming, methodical drives keep the offense on the sideline..... 1st, you have to stop us.... Just like with WOS, we will keep it close enough to have a shot at the end...

We will go farther than WOS... You can put your money on that....

Make up your minds guys, is WOS gonna beat HJ like they normally do or will the mighty WOS Mustangs barely squeak by the "slow as maple syrup on a cold December morning" HJ Hawks??????? Make up your minds, don't be like Silsbee talking "half a hundred" and then be quiet as a church mouse the whole game pissed off at your own guy not starting the clock quick enough....C'mon man, WOS is better than that.... You gonna win or are ya gonna barely squeak by????? I will admit, I am not happy with where HJ is at right now. We should have dominated every opponent we have faced... Everyone of them are mediocre... But we let every one of them stay with us.... We show signs of domination, then let them back in the game.... We should beat you..... We have the talent..... If you guys win, I will eat my crow, buy someone a hamburger, put whatever stupid logo Im supposed to, and not post for whatever the bet was.... I aint scared... You all know my name and Oct 31, senior night, you will all be able to put a name with a face...I will walk my son out onto that field and give WOS a salute.... And I will say publically, I am really happy Jack Dallas has turned out to be as good as he is..... A lot of schools like WOS probably would not have given him a chance.... I hope he has a great game, and we just score more so the WOS faithful don't blame him like some have tried in the past weeks.... It isn't fair to that young man....

No, beating OF does not make us good enough to win state.... Our boys, our gameplan, our heart, and the planets lining up correctly makes us good enough to win state.... The year my team won the 5A Co-Championship, we were 6-4... Just happened to be in the toughest district in the state.... French, TJ, Vidor (I think), Nederland, BCP, PNG and West Brook.... West Brook beat us that year, then in the playoffs Galveston Ball beat Westbrook and the next week we beat Galveston Ball with Kimball Anders (KC Chiefs) and Eric Hill (Arizona Cardinals) on their team.... So take your stupid comments, and your useless calculator, and all those years of professional football and go get you some business.... We're busy tryin to win a championship over here in Sour Lake.... Aint nobody got time fa dat!!!!
