I agree, we could easily be winless right now. I know in the past few seasons in those one score games, we usually lost them. We've been fortunate until last night. I just hope there's improvement with the ability to make adjustments before halftime if we play like that again.

I believe Mathews will get this figured out. Like he said at the beginning of the season, predictions dont matter, he's been picked first and finished 4th and picked 7th and finished 2nd. One bad game isn't the end of the world, we just haven't played a four full quarters of inspired football with or without starters missing.

LCM is coming off a close loss to widely considered the probable DC. Pirates are coming off a tough loss to Splendora with key players out with injuries. What do y'all think with both teams having 8 days to prepare for this district matchup?

It definitely does, he was so upset pacing up and down the sidelines that he couldn't help his team. He had a high ankle sprain and was limping on it tonight. I asked him a few minutes ago if he's playing against LCM next week and he said "yes!" 🤞🏼

I wasn't are of #55 being injured til yesterday when he posted a pic of his foot in ice. I honestly thought he would've played. But from what I heard from his Aunt and his mother, they didn't wanna risk injuring it worseand ultimately ending his season. Smart move by him and coaches.

From what lonestarfoootball.net says it's their first meeting. But don't hold my word for it. They aren't completely accurate with scores and games being updated
