  1. There's a few area players I've seen get D1 Power 5 offers that play the same position and has no where near the talent or highlight tape as him, and we all know tapes don't lie. But if you want my true take on why he's overlooked? It's because the stigma of the town he plays for and he knows that because I've told him myself cause that's the only logical reason besides his height.
  2. Jordan has told me his height is a key reason. He swore he was 6'3" til he visited Tulane this season.😂 But he really doesn't get the marketing or exposure and Vidor doesn't use social media like alot of other HS do.
  3. A few weeks ago, some posters said that CH has some horses over there, and they do. One thing they do well with their athleticism, is getting to the edge on designed runs and screen passes and they gashed Vidor pretty much all night getting their players in space. Their young QB is not accurate throwing especially on the run, so if he drop backs and his first read isn't there he's taking off. I sure hope LCM can pull it off and wouldn't be surprised if they do. But CH just beat a really good Kilgore team, it's gonna be a barn burner regardless!
  4. I can't tell you how many times watching the first few plays of a game with Vidor's first series on defense and they try to block him one on one and he's driving kids 5-7 yards trying to put them back on the bus.😂
  5. Man, that's very true about Jordan. He truly never knew his size and strength for the longest time til about high school and that's when he really learned to utilize it and that's when he really hit another gear. But hopefully we can see him play at the next level the next few years and gives him a shot and let's him showcase his talent wherever that may be. Jordan did just get an offer from Howard Payne University yesterday. Its not a D1 school, but alot of NFL HOF'ers played DIII football as well.
  6. Yeah, he's definitely 270lbs. thanks for catching that!

  8. Good luck Bears!!
  9. I'm heading to bed, I haven't slept good the last few days.
  10. he already has me blocked on facebook, for some reason that that i don't even know.😅
  11. you don't sound like a confident driver.👀
  12. ill drop her off at gas station on the way.😂
  13. I'm 100% going next week and ride with Raider Girl.😂 Thanks man I really do appreciate that about .my momma and sadly happened the day of Jordan's playoff game and we couldn't tell him til after the game, so he could focused on the game and not on his grandma.
  14. El Campo offense gave me Les Miles flashbacks, half back toss all night.😂 Congrats Bears!! Y'all played great in every phase of the game tonight, and playing great football at the right time. Keep putting the state on notice and let them know 10-4A was a dawg eat dawg district and go eat another one of those dogs out of Kilgore or Chapel Hill! It sucks that I decided not to go tonight, but my mental health has been horrible since I lost my mom on the 12th, maybe next week tho! 👀
  15. if EC is that vanilla, you figure they would pass it alot more with the athletes they have. It's weird.
  16. The announcers said they only threw it like 2-3 times last week.😐
  17. El Campo isn't doing anything special, imo. It's either feed the two RBs or it's a roll out pass. Bears just need to keep that same intensity on both sides of the ball and it's gravy for them.
  18. makes me appreciate Vidor's D alot more than I gave them credit for.
  19. El Campo was asking to get burned after the way they're shooting gaps trying to pressure the QB.
  20. Vidor turned their covered basketball court behind the old gym and enclosed it with a some bay doors and it has turf. They call it "the hot box" cause it doesn't have A/C but it's better than nothing and it definitely helps during summer workouts.
  21. You're welcome, I just came across it this summer.
  22. here's a full game highlights of El Campo's game last week condensed down. It's great channel to subscribe for TXHSFB games, and his videos are well done.
  23. That's actually pretty interesting to know. If you think about it, alot of college stadiums are starting to go back to grass fields, even the Ravens did a few seasons ago.
