I'm actually concerned facing them this season

We lost the older Lawniczak brother but we still have Duke his brother which was the second best player last year but is the best player we have this season... We also lost Thurgood, Lynn and the other Bishop brother but we are mostly young this season only 3 seniors returned but a lot of juniors and freshman with a couple of sophomores

Definitely liked how Orangefield played against us after playing the day before... We're not the same missing Bishop due to Graduation but definitely have enough horsepower to play with just about anyone and also our district will come down to us and New Waverly they have been ballin' as of late

Coldspring-Oakhurst vs Groveton has been cancelled today 11/28 due to Covid-19 issue at Groveton

No sir your not... We have most of our guys coming back plus a few good young ones as well that can fill up those roles and we're already expected to go back to state

But the final score doesn't reflect on how really close this game was... Here you have a highly ranked 1A team in Leggett vs. a slightly decent team in 4A (Livingston) who will probably place 4th in district and Leggett still kept the game close and could have won then what... (I don't expect them to beat HF, HJ, or Huffman in district at all and from the looks of things if Shepherd keeps winning Livingston will be on the outside looking in.) This is not the Lions of the past so if the head coach had scheduled "soft teams" then so be it. And just by looking at the Lions' schedule y'all may need those early wins in non-district y'all may compete with Jasper but definitely losing to Lufkin and Coldspring and as for district goes I've already stated that but y'all may split the Shepherd series.

Honestly I don't care since I don't have a house in this race but to @AggiesAreWe point he is right about that and Carthage or no Carthage don't expect to beat a team missing a lot of starters like that especially if they are key staters they usually contribute to the team more than one others

So it looks like all of our teams that are favorites in SETX are out of the playoffs now (waiting on EC and Yoakum now)... This is not a good look for our area as a whole well at least some teams from the coverage area are still in (shout out to Huffman) but great season WOS
