Right now they may be the only team that would beat the "You know what" out of Carthage in that classification.

I don't think nobody is talking about 5A-D1 it's 5A-D2 my man... Clearly Carthage would get murder (by certain teams that are still playing now in 5A-D1) but if you put them in 5A-D2 then you're talking about a whole different thing here. The Bulldogs are in 4A-D2 right now but outside of the teams that remains in the playoffs you can't say that they ain't the best right now until they actually get knocked off. I would actually like to see them get knocked off (Carthage beat Coldspring 47-22 in the state championship game) but in my honest opinion Gilmer and Silsbee are the best teams they will see in these playoffs and if they cruise past them in which I think they will then Carthage will come out as state champions once again. But I ask off you please don't dismiss them as like they can't run through 5A because time and before again they have done it in pre-season games before and would definitely do it in 5A-D2.

It's several of teams that were in the 5A-D2 playoffs that Carthage can beat with ease. A few of them that are still playing as well. Carthage didn't get nationally ranked in the beginning of the season for nothing. I believe that they was #20 or something like that.

Don't be so sure about that. Take a look at Liberty Hill and what they have accomplished since being in 5A after moving up from 4A-D1 a few seasons ago and actually made it to the semi-finals against Crosby and I can guarantee you that Carthage is better than both of those teams.

Not going to predict a score on this one but I will say Diboll's season may be over but I'm going to roll with them and hopefully they can pull out the win.

It's quite a few of them out there.

You would think that they would be good since they practice basketball throughout the football season (kind of weird since they still don't have a football program and they're a 3A school which is still a travesty in my book) but more often then not they still show inconsistency in the court. Look for New Waverly, Crockett, Coldspring, and Shepherd to run that district.

That's what I was just thinking... I can actually see this game going like the Woodville game against Franklin but not as close.
