Anyone heard about the Coldspring/Crockett scrimmage? I had family come over yesterday so I couldn't make it.

I agree on the Coldspring part... I would be surprised if we even make the playoffs this year but as far as Livingston goes I would have to see them against an average or close to superior opponent before I can judge them accurately.

Damn we have to scrimmage them next and see Woodville early this season.

Me too for both teams... I have seen some video and pictures of Livingston and their practice sessions and they have some size on them but that’s about it. The next scrimmage we have against Crockett I should be there to check out our team this year.

I was talking about the Coldspring vs. Livingston scrimmage but that's good to know about yall's scrimmage as I plan on making the late season game between our schools.

I'm trying to find out for myself on that particular scrimmage myself since they went up against us but that scrimmage happened yesterday I believe.

Will try to make next week scrimmage vs. Crockett to see what we have. This may be the smallest (size wise) we have ever fielded due to pics I've seen of the team already with our watermelon scrimmage and Meet the Trojans this past weekend.

I heard it's supposed to take effect around the state but how soon it will effect our area?

My predictions: 1. Orangefield 2. East Chambers 3. Hardin 4. Coldspring or Anahuac Although I may be switching 2-4 throughout the season but Orangefield is definitely my lock to win district.

Switch Hardin and Coldspring around other than that everything seems to be in place.

Coldspring is definitely not a dumpster job in any stretch of the imagination but I do believe it's going to take a special coach to bring us out of the abyss. Coach Barbay did it so it can be done.

Well the guy they wanted basically said he will install it but pay it overtime (I think some guys out of Livingston) but we will see sometime after next season because "That's when they're supposed to start".
