EW has the best qb and receiver group we've seen since we faced Hitchcock a few years back. D1 qb and at least 2 D1 receivers I believe. Defense struggles but some of those receivers also play in the secondary and they're lurking to make you pay if you make a mistake.Young and talented NB was driving for a game winning score last game but DB/WR #7 put an end to that with an interception

I was upset when we were down by 20 at halftime last night. Now I'm just addressing people who had a problem with me expressing my opinion at the time

They were playing d1 so yea the schedules were a little tougher. Lot of guys on this roster were playing teams like Franklin pre-district on jv

Spent countless hours trying to figure a way out of doing the right thing. And still didn't even after the adjustments if I'm being honest. But it was good enough to come back and get the win last night and hopefully things will work out in the best interest for the team and players in the future

9-2 mostly due to a weak schedule. Was on the verge of losing first round to a team we shouldn't have at halftime last night. Thank goodness the coaching staff decided to make adjustments they should have never had to make in the first place. And the reasoning behind doing that in the first place is what bothers me when I ponder it in my mind

Don't know what they were looking at. These kids have done nothing but win at all levels.

I don't have any nephews on the team. Just can't help but to call it like I see it sometimes when the team is not playing up to their capabilities because of coaching. Hate to see good players being messed over. Especially seniors

I understand there's a bunch coaches on this site that get their panties in a bunch every time coaching gets criticized but if you watched the game and you keep it honest then you know I said nothing wrong. This coaching staff has been making decisions not in the teams best interest all year. And the frustrating part is I don't think it's because they don't know better. Seems they have personal agendas that they prioritize more than winning. I've really been holding back and trying to be as positive as I can possibly be but it's frustrating because I know how good this team can be and I don't think people will get to see it because of this coaching staff

Defense played really well 2nd half this game. EW will be a little tougher to defend but we got good momentum going into round 2

All of a sudden the coaching staff decides they want to go with a 3 man front for the first time I've seen all year. Weird as hell. I know why they done it but they probably made up some excuse in their head about WR being a throwing team. Well.... they still killed us running as well as throwing because 1. We're not getting enough pressure on the qb and 2. You don't got the right guy back playing safety. WR ran the ball left and right freely then threw it over our heads. Only stop we got was when we sent a blitz. Think that was the first time I seen that all year. Then we're down by 2 or 3 scores so now you think you gotta throw the ball every play. No! You just have to finish drives and get stops!

WR has been more of a defensive team for the most part this year. Their offense hasn't been super explosive so our defense should have a chance if they step it up. Offense should do well "IF" the play calling is legit also.

I think so for the most part. May be 1 or 2 possibly missing though

First round playoff game Thursday in Nacogdoches. Any thoughts on this match up?

Kountze is a decent looking team but yea we probably won't get past the second round or maybe not even the first if we don't step it up a notch
