WH beat em up last week pretty good. If it wouldn’t have been for the Farr kid WH would’ve took the win. He is the offense for evadale. Hopefully it’s nothing serious and he’ll bounce back. Kid is as good a RB as there is.

WH fumbled a long run in the end zone and had a kick return called back due to penalty. It should’ve been worse but I do think that they under estimated burkeville. If WH don’t get it together before next week, Colmesneil will hand them their butts.

Honestly, the score of this game will be dependent upon the mercy of the SA coach.  

Absolutely the best ball game I’ve ever watched. WH ain’t no joke and evadale is just as good. Final score WH 34 E 45

#3 was laying the wood on D when he went down in the third quarter and was held out of the fourth. I heard he’ll be back on the field for this coming week so it must have been minor. It was a physical game.

HD94, we were right where y’all are at three years ago. Nine of these seniors started varsity as freshman and got there butts handed to them every Friday night but stuck it out knowing that it would pay dividends in the end. They’re playing with a chip on their shoulder right now and just a touch of an attitude. Good luck to your young team this year.

You may be right. But we’re going to enjoy this one. This group is something to watch on both sides of the ball.

Experience and too many horses for HD to contain. I said it once and I’ll say it again, big men up front making holes for all those horses to run wherever they want.

If WH doesn’t win tonight, it will be because they beat themselves penalty wise. This is a senior heavy team with all but a couple of the seniors starting varsity when they were freshman. Football smart athletes that have been playing together since before JR high. People can say what they want. These are good respectable kids, most of them national honor society students that know how to play the game. With the new offense for this year, it puts the ball in the many different hands and they can break one at any moment. I believe it’s going to be a good productive season for the Oilers. I’m taking WH over HD because of the experience level and horses in the stable.
