They knew him and his family. I was told this reason alone is why he was hired over someone with actual required job qualifications. I was referring to the shotgun V formation

In the last few years ive seen it with the shotgun. Is that coached on the college level? Or anywhere? And yes we had a bad snap on that one too. Seems like thinking outside the box is a bad recipe for someone who cant cook but manages a kitchen.
